In all honesty I wasn't expecting anything so I guess it's better than nothing & I do get 3 weeks vac. pay every year so that's what I normally look forward to.

Is that right Krakhead?.. Let me explain to you how it works in the security industry. Whatever wage they pay me per hour they make 3× that amount from the comp. they're contracted with. It's way more beneficial to them to have one guard for 20 years instead of constantly rehiring & training guards for the same position, numb nuts.

The reason why I posted this is because $500 is such a joke of an amount for 20 yrs (people are complaining about $600 stim. checks) I understand this job doesn't come with a pension but if you're gonna award people after 20 yrs the least you could do is 1K. Neither is exactly life changing money but at least that form of recognition is way more symbolic than 500 which is less than 1 paycheck.
