If no one has it, then there would be no positive tests, no matter how many times you test. So you are very wrong if you think more testing equals more positives.

Most ppl I know have been getting tested as a courtesy to make others feel at ease. Going to visit family, to a wedding, on a trip, etc get tested two days before to make everyone more comfortable. In LA and NY testing is so fast and easy these days. Quick swab up the nose followed by a text with the results 24 hrs later.

The proper way to handle this, is simply stay home if you're vulnerable. The rest of the healthy population has successfully dealt with CoronaVirus (and every other ailment of years past) so we need to, as a society, stop catering to the sick, elderly and weak. It will cripple the economy and careers of the strong and healthy, who actually make the Country work.
