If you rush a cop with a knife what should the cop do?

The same thing happened in my city a couple years back. Guy drugged out of his mind advanced at police with a weapon in hand and they lit him up. I think fired 15 to 20 rounds.

He was white though so it was a non story. That was a few years back though, as of this year there is now no such thing as a criminal.

I'm sure if the guy was a serial killer and abused children, people would still say he was a good guy in 2020 and riot. People have completely lost their minds.

and their families won't bring litigation? I do agree that a warning shot or a shot to the knee would seem like a better choice than a dozen bullets.

Many of you including MR. Biden have no clue or common sense. These guys shoot so many times to stop the threat. Many shots because the dude didn’t go down. If given the chance this psychopath would had stabbed these officers if the were trying to shoot the leg.

Shoot most people high stress situations would miss the leg and may shoot a bystander by accident.

Shoot to wound is stupid and not safe .

This dude would had stabbed a social worker trying to reason with an unreasonable person.

The cops could have stopped this guy with a couple of taser guns or mace.....But guess what, these cops had no taser guns because not enough funds in the budget to buy any. Had to buy bullets instead..
