In my experience, most that live in black predominately communities, are actually just trying to live their lives and go to work.

I personally don't see the point to these pigs being deployed en mass in the burbs, wasting hundreds of thousands to write speeding tickets and dui arrests whereas the predominance of crimes against private property and of personal injury occur inner city and are perpetrated by black offenders.
