In St. Louis they have a “no fly zone” between 8am and 8pm, where supposedly nobody supposed to shoot anyone during those times (as in no bullets flying), this after several kids have caught bullets recently. Apparently after 8pm the kiddos inside and it ok to do some killings. Lol.
