If the boat was moving and she fell from the boat she would have no way of getting back to the boat. A 4 year old wouldn't know how to drive the boat back to her to pick her up.

a strong undercurrent takes you down - not sure of the water conditions but you hear of that. sometimes too the current takes you too far out where you no longer really touch bottom and/or maybe away from the boat and as you fight the current you tire and that is it.

seems a horrible way to go. just knowing you can't get up to take your next breath.

Looks like a very calm lake with no currents. The son said mommy went for a swim and never came back. She jumped out of the boat. Was she a good swimmer?

3 Glee deaths...what a cursed show. Watching Glee was the gayest thing I have ever done in my life. But I had to support my girlfriend Lea Michele.

I still liked Naya though. She had most of the funny lines.

The Ventura Sheriff's Department released the footage Thursday, showing the 33-year-old and her four-year-old son arrive at the lake on Wednesday.

There was also a life jacket onboard and her son was wearing a second life jacket.
He also said investigators have CCTV footage from the dock showing only Naya and her son getting onboard the small boat.

The video is posted in the article. Based on how she parked her jeep, it's possible Naya was drunk off her ass. That she didn't wear a life jacket, but her son had one on...maybe it was suicide? Or she blacked out and fell off the boat? I can't imagine someone would willinging go for a swim, without a life jacket, if they can't swim.

you are right about the parking job for her mercedes. looked weird to see it parked in a diagonal spot like that unless she just did not give a shit.
