It's a dry heat haha. Some people prorate their electric bills to take the strain off the summer months.

          good thread

          68 to sleep in summer

          72 to sleep in winter

always blankets on or i can't sleep

have a new alarm clock that also does different types of noise (zen music, river sounds, ocean sounds, rain, etc) and also colors to promote rest and such. been getting deeper sleep since i started this. love white noise while sleeping.

59 is crazy! I mean, I've lived my whole life in Florida but I still think that's a bit extreme

Ideal sleeping temp for me is probably around 68, but I'm usually at the 72-75 range so I'm not spending too much extra. Doesn't really bother me

COLD. indoors somewhere in the low 60s or upper 50's. Outside camping probably 40's

Well... I should mention that in the summertime I don't actually turn the AC down to 59. I'm fine with anything under 75 or so. But in the winter I let it get down to 59.

68 if I could choose. My house doesn't have climate control though as I live in a temperate climate with low humidity. Inside house temp never really goes out of the 60 to 76 range year round.

Do you have a space heater or a fireplace for when it gets chilli?

Gas fireplace but doesn't get much use. Rather just throw on an extra layer or use an extra blanket.
