68 in summer and 72 in the winter.
Many of my best nights of sleep come in our tent in cool spring and fall weather that dips into low 40s

pretty accurate here...i'm 69 degrees now and I think 71 in winter
I'll add...doesn't matter the outside temp or inside temp, I will be sleeping with my blankets up to my neck with 1-2 fans on. Fan for the noise and for the dogs that sleep on the floor or my bed

68-70 good with me. Our Fukkin ac went out Thursday, we had to get it charged w freon to start the year but my boy said he had no clue how long it last, a month was the answer. Sucks. Plus my friend who does ac is now locked up yet again so I gotta pay a fortune for some asshole to come replace this old pos 2marro!!!
We were away for 4th weekend so didn’t worry about it till we got back and wed morning was fastest I could get them over. Our basement partially finished and it not bad down there so we been sleeping in basement last couple nights. Lol. Not all that hot with fans blowing but if humid/damp. Gotta just suck it up and pay the 1200 it gonna cost.

Jfc. You gotta either live somewhere it doesn’t get very hot or a apartment? Cost a freaking fortune to make my house that cool! I don’t think the damn thing would ever turn off in daytime to keep that temp!

what do you do with the dogs when you fuk?
we have a routine with our 3 dogs, but we almost always are fostering at least one other dog which typically are created outside bedroom, but sometimes for anxious dogs need to be crated in bedroom, plus we are the go to couple for all our friends, to watch their never crate trained dogs.
Ive become very skilled at doggy style these days , I guess by absorbing the collective consciousness of the house and those laying right outside our door

Have a ton of solar panels of my roof. It’s the water bill that gets me in LA.

My preferred optimum levels have a humidity component as well.
In the summer 72 degrees while the relative humidity between 53-55%
Winter time I like it around 68 degrees and the relative humidity at around 40-45%.

75 degrees is about as low as you can go in AZ in the summer without needing a bridge loan to pay the electric bill.

If you have a pool here, more than 2,200 sq. ft. house and keep in in the 60's it could easily be over triple that that July - Sep. If you have multi levels and two AC units, fuggetaboutit, 78 is as low as you can go.

Damn, that is crazy. We have two units and are about 2,600.
My wife wants to move to AZ, too.

Ah. Ya’ll don’t get much of the redic kinda heat/humidity we get here in my neck of woods either I don’t think?? I see average high is 84 this month! We more like 90+ with stupid humidity pushing heat index up into the 100s. If I try to keep it below 68 in my house my ac would never turn off in daytime! lol. Water basically free tho!

I really don’t mind heat but I hate the high humidity levels around here! Sticky as fukk soon as you walk out the freaking door!
