That's a close up picture making it look like the noose is big enough to fit on a human neck. It's still crap in that picture as you can clearly see it's attached to close the garage door. according to nascar and bubba's team... crew member got there at 9am sunday morning, but didn't report it to nascar until 5pm? and bubba/crew said it "had to be done overnight"... so why the 8 hour delay? and when in the heck was that picture taken, because it doesn't look like 9am before the rain came!
