Again numbers don't lie as Blacks commit the most crimes in America and have the highest numbers in prison today also.. Yes. The guy is a big man. Looks like he got out of his car without an incident and he turned around to get cuffed by the police who had a hard time putting the cuffs on due to the size of his wrists. I got cuffed by the police before on a DUI and this is exactly how it went. But they didn't put a knee on my neck to choke me.

End police qualified immunity and the rest of their blue line privileges such as being allowed to resign instead of being fired after they break the law. Require all LEO, their departments or unions to pay for their own personal liability insurance that would be used to pay for lawsuits/settlements instead of the taxpayers footing the bill for civil rights violations and criminal activity. Too many claims made and they become uninsurable and permanently lose eligibility for employment in any capacity as law enforcement . Create stricter hiring guidelines and more extensive training instead of their little 20 week summer camp at the academy.
