That's terribly disgusting. I hope the officer fully recovers and those responsible are held accountable for their cowardly actions.

“I have been doing this job for 36 years, I’ve had drunk Indians drive down my cul-de-sac, I’ve had drunk Indians come to my door,” Rowland said, according to the affidavit. “I live just off of the reservation, we have a lot of reservation people around us that are not good people.”

Massive Child Sex Trafficking Ring Busted, Ran for Decades, Protected By Police in Exchange for Sex

Queens, NY — Six sex traffickers were arrested this week for running a Queens-based sex trafficking ring which trafficked young women and children from Mexico into the US. One of those indicted in Brooklyn federal court was a Putnam County police officer who was protecting, not the children, but the child sex traffickers — in exchange for sex.

Wayne Peiffer, a Village of Brewster police officer has been helping human traffickers smuggle in children and younger women from Mexico for years. The sadistic human smuggling scheme has been in operation for nearly two decades since at least 2002, according to the US Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York.

According to the indictment, Peiffer protected the child sex trafficking ring in exchange for sex with the victims. For years, Peiffer helped the ring avoid arrests, tipped them off to stings, and allowed them to abuse children and young women by exploiting the trust in his badge.

According to the complaint, in exchange for the protection, Peiffer had his way with the trafficking victims, even bringing them to the police station where he would rape them.

"For more than eight years, Peiffer allegedly directed members of the Cid-Hernandez Sex Trafficking Organization and the Godinez Prostitution Business to deliver women to him, including at the BPD police station, so that he could engage in sexual activity with the women at no cost to Peiffer. In exchange, Peiffer provided the Cid-Hernandez Sex Trafficking Organization and the Godinez Prostitution Business protection from arrest, including by advanced warning of law enforcement operations and intervening to prevent arrest."

“The individuals named in the indictment were part of an elaborate network of conspirators that used deception and coercion to sell dreams of a better life in the United States to young and impressionable women, who arrived only to be forced into a miserable life of torment, sexual abuse and prostitution at the hands of their captors,” stated HSI Acting Special Agent-in-Charge Ricky J. Patel. “The criminal organization also allegedly retained the services of a corrupt cop, who betrayed the badge and the people that he swore to protect by being complicit in these deplorable acts and accepting payments in sexual favors.”

Officer Cruz gets it. Knowing the law and peoples' rights is expected of LEOs, but unfortunately some LEOs are ignorant of the laws they are attempting to enforce and/or just choose to be oath breakers.

Female Florida sheriff's deputy, 38, faked severe COVID and a COMA - but was actually working a private sector job while her colleagues donated their own sick leave to make sure she still got paid

Trent Kellee Freeman, 38, has been arrested for fraudulently claiming $3,700 from Gilchrist County Sheriff's Office in the form of paid sick leave that her co-workers donated to her.

Disgraced Cop Gets NO JAIL Despite Admitting to the Repeated Rape of a Child

Washington, MO — When he was just 13-years-old, the victim of Byrnes Mill officer Ryan Shomaker was raped. The abuse would last years as the boy transitioned from a middle school student to high school, and this week, after attempting to seek justice for years, this abused boy found out that his rapist will not be going to jail.

Shomaker, 48, admitted to the abuse and pleaded guilty to second-degree sodomy, not once, but twice. On Dec 2 in Jefferson County, and on Nov. 22 in St. Louis County, Shomaker admitted to the crimes against this boy.

In Jefferson County, Shomaker was charged with first-degree statutory sodomy, an unclassified felony punishable by five years to life in prison, and in St. Louis County he was charged with two counts of sodomy. However, he was allowed to plea down to one count each of second-degree sodomy.

As the Leader reports, on Dec. 2, Jefferson County Div. 5 Circuit Judge Victor Melenbrink sentenced Shomaker to seven years in prison in the Jefferson County case, and St. Louis County Circuit Judge Joseph Dueker sentenced Shomaker to seven years in the St. Louis County case.

Despite these sentences, after the fact, Shomaker’s sentences were both suspended and this child rapist was given just 5 years probation.

Shomaker’s attorney called the lack of jail for the child rapist, “a fair outcome.”

“It was a negotiated resolution with both counties,” Joseph Wayne Flees II said according to the Leader. “We feel it addresses some of the potential concerns the state may have had in the case with their victim. It is essentially a fair outcome.”

According to court documents, Shomaker met his victim on an app in 2014 when he was just 13. The abuse continued for the next four years until the victim worked up enough courage to come forward.

After the victim came forward, Shomaker “separated” from the Byrnes Mill Police Department on Oct. 31, 2018. His case has been moving through the courts ever since.

The reason Shomaker was charged in two different counties was due to the fact that the abuse took place in multiple jurisdictions. According to the probable-cause statement, the victim told a Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office deputy that Shomaker sexually molested him multiple times during his juvenile years, “at least two of which were within the Jefferson County jurisdiction.”

The first time they met, the boy was taken back to Shomaker’s home where he was sodomized by the officer, according to court documents. Just three days later, Shomaker found the boy again, where he was taken to a parking lot in House Springs, where Shomaker abused the child again.

This pattern unfolded for years and despite text messages proving that Shomaker knew he was doing this to a child, this monster will not be going to jail.

As the Free Thought Project reports on a regular basis, police sexual misconduct is not rare. Hundreds of officers are accused and prosecuted every year with many of them receiving slaps on the wrist. Shomaker’s case highlights the fact that even when cops horribly abuse children, they often get off with no jail.

Just last September, TFTP reported on a similar travesty of justice when Benjamin Reinhart, a disgraced officer with Genesee County was “sentenced” as part of a plea deal, to just five years of probation. The Genesee Human Oppression Strike Team, or GHOST, caught the officer in April attempting to lure a child for sex. He was on duty at the time. He didn’t even have to register as a public sex offender.

Police Officers, Including the Chief, Protected Sex Trafficking Ring In Exchange for Sex With Victims—Lawsuit

Fairfax, VA — Police officers in America, we are told, are here to protect the public and put people in jail who cause harm to others. All too often, however, as the following case illustrates, police officers become the ones from which society needs protecting. The Fairfax County Police department is the perfect example. Instead of protecting women from dangerous sex traffickers, officers were actually participating in the trafficking and protecting the bad guys while preying on the young women.

According to a federal lawsuit filed this week by prominent civil rights attorney Victor Glasberg, the corruption within the department ran all the way up to the department’s chief, Ed Roessler. Officers were allowed to have their way with the sex trafficking victims in exchange for protecting the modern day slave owners.

Glasberg filed the suit on behalf of a woman who was ensnared in the sex trafficking ring, who had been taken from Costa Rica and trafficked by the group.

The woman was lured from her home in Costa Rica with promises of a job that did not involve sex. However, when she arrived in the US, the traffickers took her passport and she was forced into commercial sex.

According to the lawsuit, the sex traffickers threatened to kill the woman’s family in Costa Rica if she tried to escape. While being held hostage, she was forced to have sex with up to 17 people every single day of her life. These were the people the police were protecting.

According to the lawsuit, officers within the department would protect the traffickers by tipping them off to investigations and the ring would suspend activities and go dark as not to attract attention.

Glasberg said he has interviewed officers who corroborated the the victim’s claims. Even when good cops in the department tried to stop it, they were told to look the other way.

One whistleblower cop named two other officers on top of the chief who provided cover for the sex traffickers. Those officers are Michael O. Barbazette of Manassas and Jason J. Mardocco of Gainesville.

According to a report from NBC 4, both of those officers have left the force. Glasberg told the news outlet that he tried to negotiate with the department to settle the suit without going to court, but instead of being transparent about officers aiding human traffickers, they circled the wagons and refused to cooperate.

                                                  According to NBC 4:

"Glasberg said he tried for months to negotiate with the county to avoid filing a lawsuit, because he believes a trial will be an emotional burden for his client. While he’s seeking a monetary settlement for his client, Glasberg said his primary effort in negotiations was to ensure some level of accountability for the officers, but his negotiations were unsuccessful."

“I begged the county to resolve this without litigation. I said, ‘Let’s get some accountability here,'” he said. “In the end, they told me to go pound sand. … This lawsuit is going to be difficult for my client, but it’s going to be a whole lot more difficult for the county.”

According to Glasberg, the police whistleblower, William Woolf told him that he tried to stop the officers from protecting the sex traffickers but he was threatened and told to “play ball.”

Woolf told Glasberg that the chief, himself, called him, saying, “I need to make sure you’re willing to play ball,” according to the lawsuit.

Ironically enough, Roessler received praise from politicians and activists for his efforts at transparency and his willingness to support criminal charges against officers accused of wrongdoing — whilst aiding human traffickers in the process.

Though the chief and his two accomplices have left the department, neither of them are facing any charges. This is your security force, America.

EUGENE POLICE OFFICER CHARGED WITH DUII IN CHRISTMAS EVE CRASH

EUGENE, Ore. -- Eugene police officer Malcolm McAlpine has been arrested and charged with several crimes including driving under the influence following a head-on collision with another driver on Christmas Eve.

McAlpine, 43, was driving his personal vehicle when he allegedly crossed the lines on Highway 126 East near milepost 10 and struck another car holding a male driver and a female passenger.

Police reports indicate they were called to the scene at about 5:30p.m.

Officers said they noticed signs of impairment when they approached him and asked him to do field sobriety tests. They said McAlpine declined the tests while on the scene and as a result he was arrested.

Following his arrest, officers said McAlpine blew a .22 into the breathalyzer, which is nearly three times the legal limit.

He's been charged with DUII, recklessly endangering a person, reckless driving and fourth-degree assault.

The female passenger of the car that was hit described the incident as "terrifying."

"He'd better not ever be on the force again," she said. "It's despicable."

She said none of the injuries she and her husband sustained were life-threatening, though she said she's been in pain ever since the crash.

According to representatives from the police department, McAlpine has been placed on administrative leave pending an internal investigation. There is also an external criminal investigation underway at this time.

McAlpine has been with the department since 2004.

The man returned days later after filing a complaint referencing the pigs' ignorance of the law and amazingly the pigs did not attempt to violate his rights and allowed him to enter unmolested.

Another oath breaking traitor in action. This jackboot illegally grabs, detains and searches a man, who was legally filming in public, because he "got a call" for suspicious activity. In order for a pig to legally detain anyone, he/she must first establish reasonable articulable suspicion (RAS) that a crime has, is or about to be committed. Sergeant Hurst is a prime example of yet another pig overstepping their legal boundaries and scope of authority.

Perry County, KY — The Kentucky State Police have been searching for an assailant who was seen punching a child in the face at the Perry County High School Basketball Match on Friday, December 3. They cannot find that man, despite knowing who he is and where he works. The man they are looking for is Owsley County Sheriff Brent Lynch and he’s reportedly on the run.

According to the KSP, the sheriff, who is the assistant coach for the girl’s basketball team in Owsley County, was seen on video punching a child in the face during a quarrel at the game.

Apparently, the sheriff’s team was down by double digit points and tensions were high when two of the players kicked off a brawl. As the sheriff made his way onto the court, he is seen punching the student in her face.

After the incident was reported through a complaint, the KSP issued a warrant for Lynch’s arrest for an assault in the fourth degree. When they went to serve the sheriff with the warrant, however, he was nowhere to be found and now a search is underway.

Apparently, Lynch also abandoned his post as the elected sheriff of Owsley County. His status with the department is currently unknown. However, the people who elected him, now know he has no problem beating up teenage girls, so his time at the department is likely limited.

According to previous news reports, the sheriff — as a coach — has been in situations like this one before and used his sheriff powers to go after fans, up to and including arresting them.
