‘Kill Cameras’: As Kids Held at Gunpoint in Raid on Wrong Home, Cops Illegally Stop Recording

Chicago, IL — Over the past few years, the residents of Chicago have been subjected to a militarized police state occupation. Innocent family after innocent family each waking up in the middle of the night as heavily armed storm troopers throw flash bangs into their homes, haul them outside in the cold, point guns at their heads, and even handcuff small children. These families are being terrorized in their own homes, many of them left with PTSD, and no one is being held accountable—because the state is the one behind the terror. As the following case illustrates, cops can be seen on their own body cameras breaking the law and they face no consequences.

Thanks to the tireless efforts by the folks at CBS 2 in Chicago, the rest of America is getting a glimpse into the horror that is the Chicago police department’s inability to raid the correct home. In only three years, CBS 2 has documented over 50 innocent families who have been raided by Chicago’s finest based on faulty information.

Hardly an isolated incident, we’ve reported on cops raiding a four-year-old’s birthday party, smashing his cake and other raids where they held small children at gunpoint. One of these families has even been raided — mistakenly — three times. It is an utter disaster.

Toni Tate and her family are the latest victims in this never-ending attack on the innocent carried out by the Chicago police. In raid after raid, body camera footage is conveniently lacking and now we have evidence as to why that may be. Cops recorded themselves turning off their body cameras as they terrorized this innocent family.

“And they just came in flying, guns drawn,” said Tate.

Tate told CBS 2 that she feared cops were going to kill her because she was holding a spoon. That part was caught on body camera footage.

For two and a half minutes, cops are seen on the body camera footage terrorizing this family. Guns are pointed at Tate’s two daughters as one of them holds a baby. Tate’s son is forced to the ground with his hands cuffed behind his back as a cop points an AR-15 at his head.

Tate is also seen being humiliated in her nightgown with her hands cuffed behind her back as cops further violate the rights of this innocent family. The scene is like something out of Afghanistan as soldiers conduct raids of suspected Al-Qaeda members. Sadly, however, it is taking place smack in the middle of the land of the free.

Just as soon as the abuse started, video of it ended.

      “Kill cameras!”

That order reportedly came from Sgt. Anthony Bruno who was recorded on his own body camera giving the order to fellow cops to halt the documentation of their abuse — which went on according to Tate, for another hour.

“We were both handcuffed for about almost an hour,” said Tate.

During the raid, cops even admitted to raiding innocent families all the time. Toni Tate’s brother showed up and reminded officers that people are fed up with their wrong raids, saying: “Police always kick in doors with search warrants and they don’t even be the crib they looking for, bro! It happens.”

The officer can then be heard saying, “It do. You’re right.”

      It was that brazen.

As CBS 2 reports, Bruno gave the “kill cameras” order after recording only two and half minutes of the raid inside the house. It appears to be a complete violation of the Chicago Police Department’s body camera policy.

Sheila Bedi, a law professor at Northwestern University, told CBS 2 that this is a clear violation.

“Policy cannot be more clear,” said Bedi in regard to the department’s body camera policy. “They had to have their cameras on during these raids.”

Despite this blatant violation captured on camera, no one will likely be held accountable as this is not the first time incidents like this have happened.

      As CBS 2 reports:

"Just four months earlier, Bruno and a team of officers were caught doing the same thing during another wrong raid. Three innocent children had guns pointed at them as they were forced to the ground. Police body camera video shows one of the siblings face down on the floor crying, 'Please do not shoot me, please.'

After terrifying that 14-year-old, her 7-year-old brother, and her 11-year old-sister, police interrogated them without a parent present."

One officer can be heard on the body camera saying, “Just tell us, do you know where the stuff is at? Because if you can tell us that, then we are out of here.”

Interrogating children without a parent present is illegal yet no action was taken against Bruno and his team of terrorizing cops who can cover up their crimes and face no accountability.

“The only reason, the only justification, for cutting off cameras in this type of situation is some sort of cover-up,” said Bedi, “or it’s some recognition that they made a bad call they don’t need documentation of it.”

The Chicago police department appears to be entirely unconcerned with officers violating the law and the abuse shows that these laws and policies are essentially meaningless.

“It’s critically important that Chicago police officers who violate policy, like the body cam policy, are held accountable. Or else the policies are meaningless – not worth the paper they are written on,” said Bedi.

SAPD officer suspended for throwing flashlight at cars while working traffic

Criminal case filed against officer, records show

SAN ANTONIO – A San Antonio police officer was suspended after throwing his flashlight at cars while working the scene of a crash, according to disciplinary records obtained by KSAT 12 News.

Officer Reuben Ramirez received a 30-day suspension in January for his actions on Aug. 21, 2019, when he was working a crash in the 4900 block of East Houston Street.

First, Ramirez threw his flashlight at a Chevy Avalanche pickup because the driver failed to follow his directions, according to the suspension document. Ramirez also reprimanded the driver and accused him of being intoxicated before letting him drive away.

Later, Ramirez threw his flashlight a second time, striking a Ford Escape that had also failed to follow his directions. The flashlight damaged the car’s windshield, according to the document, and Ramirez reprimanded the woman before letting her drive away.

When the woman returned to complain about the damage Ramirez caused, he wrote her a traffic citation, according to the suspension document. Ramirez’s actions resulted in a criminal case against him that was filed in municipal court.

“Officer Ramirez’s actions leading to the filing of a criminal case against him did not conform to the ordinary and reasonable rules of good conduct and behavior,” according to the suspension document. Ramirez’s suspension ran from Jan. 25 until Feb. 23, records show.

Ramirez was one of eight officers suspended in January, according to the suspension records.

-Officer Robert Uridiales was suspended for one day after negligently striking a vehicle with his patrol car in the 600 block of Culebra Road.

-Detective Mark Garza was suspended for three days after he failed to relay suspect information into the case management narrative.

-Officer Michael Blanquiz was suspended for five days after failing “to respond without delay” to a call about two children locked in a vehicle. Blanquiz also incorrectly classified the call and did not write an offense report related to the incident. Blanquiz was also cited for failing to properly collect evidence and document his actions while investigating an unrelated lewd conduct incident.

-Officer Jose Portillo was suspended for one day after his involvement in a crash in the 7700 block of W. Military Drive. Portillo was cited for failing to activate his dashboard and body worn cameras.

-Officer Juan Torres was suspended for three days after failing to a complete a crash report. He failed to obtain information from the drivers and failed to check the licenses of the drivers involved. He was also cited for failing to start his body worn camera at the beginning of the call.

-Detective Robert Larios Jr. was suspended for one day after he failed to use his body worn camera while responding to an alarm call. Larios also disregarded a red light and parked in a handicapped parking spot while on the alarm call.

-Detective Christopher Queen was suspended for one day after he negligently struck a vehicle in the 2800 block of W. Martin Street.

That's kind of what I thought. People didn't obey his instructions so he throws a tantrum like a 4 year old child and throws his flashlight at 2 different vehicles. When the woman notices the damage and comes back to address the issue he lets his ego take over and has to show her who is boss. This jerk lacks the mental stability to wear the costume and badge. No other employer would keep someone on the payroll for this type of behavior, but the thin blue line gang has no problem keeping these low IQ loose canons employed. Disgusting.

Cop Charged for Refusing to Investigate Dozens of Child Sex Crimes, Gets Off With $300 Fine

Horry County, SC — Those who frequent the Free Thought Project know that cops are charged on a regular basis with sexual misconduct. Many of these cases involve the exploitation of children and most of those cases resolve with the officers doing little to no time in jail. In short, the system appears to protect child rapists or give them special privilege if they are cops.

One of these cops who is part of the system that facilitates the exploitation of children is retired Horry County police officer Todd Cox. Cox was staring down potential decades behind bars for refusing to investigate dozens of sex crimes against children as well as other crimes. However, likely due to his connected status, on Monday, this facilitator of child rape was sentenced to a year in jail and a $300 fine — with the year in jail suspended.

Showing that this special privilege is not some isolated incident is the fact that three other Horry County police officers – Luke Green, Allen Large and Darryl Williams – were indicted in September 2016 along with Cox on dozens of charges of misconduct in office. However, Green’s record was expunged after he entered a pre-trial diversion program, Large died before facing any consequences, and Williams is still fighting for a sweetheart deal.

Cox’s sentence is incredibly insulting given the sheer amount of criminal acts against children he was charged with ignoring.

According to Myrtle Beach Online, investigators say that Cox failed to investigate dozens of cases while serving as a detective with Horry County police. The indictments detail a lengthy list of misconduct. They allege that Cox did the following:

Indictment 1: Failed to investigate 18 cases.
Indictment 2: Unassigned himself from a criminal sexual conduct case.
Indictment 3: Unassigned himself from a criminal sexual conduct case.
Indictment 4: Unassigned himself from a criminal sexual conduct case.
Indictment 5: Unassigned himself from a criminal sexual conduct case.
Indictment 6: He closed an attempted murder case without investigating.
Indictment 7: Unassigned himself from a child abuse case.
Indictment 8: Unassigned himself from a shooting into a home case.
Indictment 9: Unassigned himself from an overdose case.
Indictment 10: He closed a cruelty to children case without investigating.
Indictment 11: He closed a kidnapping case without investigating.
Indictment 12: He closed a criminal sexual conduct case without investigating.
Indictment 13: He closed a sexual exploitation of a minor without investigating.
Indictment 14: He closed an armed robbery case without investigating.
Indictment 15: He closed a lynching case without investigating.
Indictment 16: He closed a criminal sexual conduct case without investigating.

According to the report, the three other officers who were charged with Cox were also involved in this scandal. Instead of taking responsibility for her officers’ actions when they were charged, then-Horry police chief Saundra Rhodes abruptly retired.

As MBO reports, the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division investigated the cases against the four officers. The unit uncovered allegations of Large coercing women for sex and inappropriate relationships with victims. Large also discussed participating in nude catfighting videos with some of the victims he was supposed to be helping.

Naturally, Cox’s police union-appointed attorney was ecstatic that his client — who ignored serious crimes against children — got off with less than a slap on the wrist.

“Todd is glad to have this behind him,” his attorney Morgan Martin said. “He dedicated 22 years of tireless service to the community and we feel that a small fine as assessed by the court is a proper resolution.”

Cox is a perfect example of the blue privilege doled out to sinister cops who should suffer harsher consequences for betraying the trust society hold in them but end up with far lesser sentences than the peasant class. Tragically, this is the rule, not the exception.

Seeking trial delay, Ala. sheriff makes false coronavirus claim

The judge criticized Sheriff Mike Blakely's defense attorney for making statements that could potentially cause a public panic.

ATHENS, Ala. — Lawyers for a longtime Alabama sheriff seeking a delay in his Monday theft trial wrongly claimed the officer was being tested for the illness caused by a new coronavirus.

With Limestone County Sheriff Mike Blakely set to go on trial on felony charges, his attorneys told a judge in a court document filed Friday he was hospitalized and being tested for COVID-19.

But testimony during a rare Saturday hearing showed the 69-year-old Blakely wasn't being tested for the illness, and Circuit Judge Judge Pride Tompkins criticized the defense for making claims that could cause a public panic, The News Courier of Athens reported.

"I don't know what your tactic is, but it's condemned by the court," Tompkins said. “And the court won't tolerate it.”

Defense lawyer Robert Tuten said he was simply mistaken about the sheriff's health problem and wasn't “trying to pull a fast one.” Records indicated Blakely was hospitalized with a respiratory problem, but a doctor testified there was no indication it was COVID-19 and such testing wasn't needed.

"There are apparently several different kinds of coronaviruses, but all we had to go on was what we knew at that moment," Tuten said.

Dr. Maria Onoya testified during the hearing that Blakely was tested for several things, including influenza and walking pneumonia, but the results came back negative. The sheriff has been to the emergency room three times with similar symptoms and likely wouldn't be ready for a trial on Monday, she said.

After the hearing, Tompkins ordered that all new filings in the case be sealed and unavailable to the public, so it wasn't clear whether Blakely was out of the hospital and when the trial might begin.

Grand jurors indicted Blakely last year on multiple felony counts and one misdemeanor alleging he stole campaign donations, used his job to obtain interest-free loans and solicited money from employees. He has been sheriff of the north Alabama county for about 36 years.

NO CHARGES for Cop Caught on Video Attacking a Child With No Arms or Legs

Tucson, AZ — In a state-run boys home in Tucson, a teenager who was also a quadruple amputee, was roughed up and cussed at by a Pima County deputy. Most of the incident was caught on film and both the teen, as well as his friend who was filming the police contact, were arrested on disorderly conduct charges. This was the first time TFTP has ever reported on a police officer beating a quadruple amputee. As we predicted back in November, despite the horrific video, the cop who attacked the teen got off Scot free.

The Pima County Attorney’s Office announced Tuesday, March 10, it won’t file excessive use of force charges against Deputy Manuel Van Santen.

In regard to the incident, Chief Trial Counsel Nicol R. Green stated there was not “sufficient evidence” to prove excessive force was used:

"Such charges would have to be predicated upon evidence sufficient not merely to demonstrate probable cause, but to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the level of force used was excessive. The evidence here is not sufficient to meet that high burden of proof. For these reasons, the Pima County Attorney’s Office declines to file any criminal charges against Deputy Van Santen arising from this incident."

As we reported at the time, the 16-year-old amputee, referred to as I.O. in the investigation was reportedly out of control, had knocked over a trash can, and leaders at the group home called the police for help with the young man. Having no arms nor legs, he was considered threatening enough to involve law enforcement, who came and promptly put an end to the tirade.

Joel Feinman, Pima County Public Defender told KOLD News at the time:

"Imagine you were this boy with no limbs who just got tackled by this large man with a badge and gun and this man is now screaming in your face and he’s now threatening your friend who’s recording this whole incident…Absolutely, that’s egregious.

Men with badges should not be acting this way…Men and women who do act this way should not have badges and a gun."

The young man had reportedly been abandoned by his parents and forced to live in the group home as a ward of the state. The optics of a healthy lawman subduing a quadruple amputee cannot be understated. It was utterly shocking. Still, the officer was simply “doing his job” and if the boy had all of his extremities, the story would probably not even be newsworthy.

As with any police accountability story we write, the question remains, “Should the officer have apprehended the teenager differently? Is it not humiliating enough to be so low to the ground? The officer wrestled the quadruple amputee to the ground and then the child was humiliated as he was laid down upon by a husky officer of the peace.

Later, he cursed at the teen, further demeaning the young, some could say, helpless teen. After securing the teenager, cops then turned their attention to the friend who was recording the incident, also a teenager. He was detained, and placed in handcuffs, but not before the arresting officer gave a complimentary slam of the young man head’s on the wall.

According to their “investigation,” this slam was also not consistent with excessive force. Although when you watch the video below, you will likely disagree.

Rightfully so, defense attorney’s for Pima County were outraged. Reporters, likewise, reached out to the officer’s superiors for answers. However, their answer has come in the form of inaction and a lack of accountability.

While this was the first time TFTP reported on the abuse of a child quadruple amputee by police, abuse of amputees by cops is not new and is not limited to law enforcement officers in the United States. As TFTP reported a French triple amputee was also humiliated when cops insisted on searching him while he was waiting for a train.

In that instance, police took off all of his prosthetic limbs and then left him on the floor of the train station to put his legs back on. Abusing amputees is one of the actions one would think is preventable. After all, for the most part, amputees are incapable of jeopardizing officer safety. If cops cannot handle amputees without abusing them, they just need to quit, be fired, or be arrested. Sadly, this did not happen in Tuscon.

This pig deserves to be slaughtered. Anyone who thinks his actions were justified deserve the same fate.

Baltimore Cop Convicted of Fabricating Evidence in 2018 still Receiving $55K

Baltimore police officer Richard Pinheiro Jr. is protected by the Maryland Law Enforcement Officers' Bill of Rights.

It's been 16 months since a judge found Baltimore police officer Richard Pinheiro Jr guilty of fabricating evidence after the cop recorded himself planting drugs in a vacant lot to justify a man's arrest.

But not only was the cop spared prison, he continues to receive his full salary from the Baltimore Police Department.

He is protected by the Maryland Law Enforcement Officers' Bill of Rights, after all, which supersedes the U.S. Bill of Rights in many cases – another example of the Blue Privilege bestowed upon cops in this country.

Like all citizens, cops in this country are protected by the U.S. Bill of Rights which provides us with due process protections in the event we are accused of a crime. But the state's Law Enforcement Officer' Bill of Rights provides officers with an added layer of protection.

For example, when a mere mortal citizen is accused of murder, he can be detained for days where he will be interrogated for hours until police get the answers they want. Cops are even taught to lie and manipulate to force a confession which many times are coerced and false.

Under the Law Enforcement Officers' Bill of Rights, a cop accused of murder can go ten days without giving a statement unless felony charges have already been filed against him which hardly ever happens. And once cops being the interrogation, they are forbidden from lying to him.

The Maryland Law Enforcement Bill of Rights also states that cops convicted of felonies can be fired but if they are convicted on misdemeanors, the department must prove they violated departmental policies before they can be fired.

Pinheiro was convicted on fabricating evidence and official misconduct in November 2018 which are both misdemeanors. Judge Melissa Phinn gave him a three-year suspended sentence meaning he did not going down as yet another Baltimore cop sent to prison.

Since then, he has been working a "desk job" while internal affairs continues to "investigate" whether he violated policies, according to the Baltimore Sun.

Meanwhile, the man he arrested spent six months in jail on drug charges before he was released and his charges dismissed. The man whose name has not been released was arrested in January 2017.

Pinheiro's body camera shows him placing a bag of white pellets inside a coffee can, then leaving the can in a vacant lot strewn with debris and trash. He and two other cops then walk back onto the street before Pinheiro walks back to the lot and picks up the can, removing the bag as if he just discovered it.

Pinheiro testified that he was not planting drugs but simply recreating the discovery of heroin after realizing he had his body camera turned off when initially discovering the drugs.

The truth is, Pinheiro likely did not realize his body camera had a buffer that captures the 30 seconds of footage prior to the camera being activated. That footage contains no audio but it clearly shows Pinheiro placing the bag in the can and walking back onto the street with the two other cops.

"I'm going to go check here," he tells the other cops within seconds of turning on the camera and walking back into the lot where he picks up the can and pulls out the bag, walking it back to the other two cops.

Despite Pinheiro's creative attempts at bullshitting his way out of the case, prosecutors and the judge did not believe his story, according to a November 2018 Baltimore Sun article.

Chaz Ball, Pinheiro’s attorney, argued that Pinheiro had simply forgotten to record his initial discovery out of his eagerness to solve the drug case he was working on, and was “an honest officer who made an honest mistake.”

Assistant State’s Attorney Stacy Ann Llewellyn dismissed Ball’s assessment, arguing that Pinheiro not only made no effort to note the true nature of the re-creation video — while recording it or afterward to his supervisors — but took steps to make the re-created video seem as authentic as possible.

“We’re here because he was not honest about his mistake,” Llewellyn said. Such conduct, she said, is “flatly illegal.”

The case made national news when defense counsel released the body-camera footage in the summer of 2017. Against a backdrop of rampant police misconduct allegations elsewhere in the department, defense counsel alleged that Pinheiro had been caught red-handed planting drugs. The controversy was further stoked with the release of two other body-camera videos, from separate incidents, that defense counsel said raised similar questions about officers’ manipulation of evidence.

But despite his conviction, he is still milking the system even though he used the very same system to destroy the lives of innocent people. Prosecutors have already dropped several of his cases and made it clear they would never call him as a witness again.

But the fact that he remains a cop shows just how godly cops are treated in the system when even if they are proven to be criminals, they still come out on top.

                            According to the Baltimore Sun:

Police officials said the process for handling officers like Pinheiro is out of their control — determined by the state’s controversial Law Enforcement Officers Bill of Rights. They say the “eventual outcome will be appropriate.”

Calling Pinheiro’s continued paycheck a disgrace, police reform advocates and defense attorneys say the department’s claims about its hands being tied are misleading, and that the state law it’s hiding behind should be dismantled as a legal relic that for too long has allowed officers to avoid accountability.

“It perfectly encapsulates everything that is wrong with the BPD, everything that is wrong with policing in Maryland, and everything that is wrong with policing in the United States," said David Rocah, senior staff attorney with the ACLU of Maryland. “It’s all wrapped up in a nice little bow for everyone to see, staring us in the face, and yet we continue to do nothing to address the problems."

Deborah Levi, director of special litigation for the Baltimore public defender’s office, which initially released the footage, said the retention of Pinheiro after his conviction undermines police efforts to restore trust in the community.

“Whether this was an independent BPD decision, or one imposed on them due to legislation and/or the collective bargaining agreement with the union, appropriate accountability measures for serious misconduct are urgently needed and should include termination for this level of established police misconduct," Levi said.

The Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 3, the police union that represents rank-and-file officers in Baltimore, has long defended the Officers Bill of Rights as providing critical protections for cops who work under tough conditions.

Last week, a state appeals court affirmed Judge Phinn's decision that Pinheirro displayed “a willful abuse of his authority for his own personal gain." His attorney said they are considering appealing to the state supreme court.

Cops Yank 71-year-old Man out of Home in Bathrobe, Sending him Hurling to Ground

It was a false call and Kentucky cops then lied to a supervisor about why they resorted to such aggressive tactics.

Frank Seripiglia figured he would be safe opening the door to a horde of cops banging on his front door because the 71-year-old had done nothing illegal.

But the Louisville man was in for a shock when a cop yanked him from inside his door within a second of opening the front door, sending him hurling to the ground face first.

"Get on the ground!" a cop yells as he grabs him by the wrist.

"Get on the f*¢king ground!" another cop yells as the man is flung to the ground.

Turns out, the man's wife had called police claiming her husband had shot her in the head but it was not true. Seripligia's wife has a history of mental illness which is what led to the call. The cops were from the Louisville and Jeffersontown police departments. Both are now getting sued.

                              According to WDRB:

The woman had called 911 in a “delusional state” claiming her husband had shot her in the head, according to the lawsuit filed last week against Louisville Metro Police officers, the Jeffersontown Police Department and the city.

"What did she call the police for?" Serapiglia repeatedly asked. "There's no ****ing problem. What the heck is the deal?"

As Mrs. Serapiglia is brought downstairs and outside, disheveled but not hurt, an officer reported to dispatch that “there was no shooting,” according to body cam footage.

"We're out," a J-Town officers says, according to body cam. Another officer laughs.

When police don't respond to his questions, Serapiglia asks his wife why she called 911.

"I thought you shot me," she quietly responds.

                              "What?!," Serapiglia yells. "What!?!"

Serapiglia explains to police that his wife had previously been hospitalized, had seizures and mental health issues.

The incident took place September 18 and Serapiglia filed the lawsuit on March 5 against both police departments.

During the moments after the incident while Serapiglia was still handcuffed, Louisville police officers David Stettler and William Kline told a commanding officer that Serapiglia was "non-compliant" and would not get on the ground nor step outside which is why they had to yank him out.

They also said the only reason he landed face firsfirst on the ground was because he had "lost his footing and fell to the ground." The videos show they are liars.

Cop Guilty After Fellow Cops Turned Him In for Beating Innocent Handcuffed Child on Video

Gloucester Township, PA — Body camera footage of a Gloucester Township police officer captured the disturbing assault of a small 13-year-old girl by a massive cop. The attack was so deeply troubling that the officer was actually suspended and subsequently charged—after his own cops turned on him. This week, he was found guilty of official misconduct.

Gloucester Township police officer John Flinn, 29, of Williamstown was found guilty of official misconduct after he was captured on a body camera hitting a handcuffed teenage girl. However, the jury was deadlocked on the charge of endangering the welfare of a child. Exactly how they were deadlocked, given the graphic video below, remains a mystery.

“Body-worn cameras from responding officers captured the incident,” the prosecutor’s office said in a statement.

What made this case particularly important is the fact that his own officers turned him in. A responding officer who testified for the prosecution said he saw Flinn “strike the victim with an open hand twice while she was complying with commands,” the statement said.

The incident began on March 8, 2018 and was captured on another officer’s body camera. It shows Flinn repeatedly punching and attempting to choke a small 13-year-old girl as he places her in handcuffs.

According to prosecutors the attack was entirely unprovoked as the girl was complying with the officer, yet he began attacking her anyway. Camden County prosecutors said the juvenile followed police instructions and allowed Flinn to handcuff her, but the crazed cop “struck her twice on the side of the face, causing her to cry out in pain.”

Police originally said they were responding to a disturbance call in the Camdem County township.

As the video shows, when the police are attempting to apprehend the young girl, she originally tells them to get off of her. However, she then quickly complies and lays down on her stomach.

As the girl calmly lays there, allowing Flinn to place her in cuffs, for no reason, he yells at her to stop resisting and begins punching the 13-year-old in the face. He then grabs her by the neck, doles out multiple knee strikes before shoving his 250-pound knee in the back of her neck. All the while, the girl is screaming in agony.

After the brutal beating caught on Flinn’s fellow officer’s body camera, the girl was taken to an area hospital to be evaluated and treated for injuries sustained during the attack. Not that there would be justification for a grown man to ever savagely beat a non-violent 13-year-old girl, however, to illustrate just how unnecessary the attack was—the girl was not charged with any crime.

As noted above, what stands out about this case—aside from the obvious child-beating cop—is the fact that his conduct was reported, not by the victim, but by a fellow officer.

“I am proud that any employee of the Gloucester Township Police Department well understands that they must report any improper conduct. It is clear that all members of the department have the confidence that allegations of conduct that are improper, unlawful, or that do not meet the standards of our guiding principles of Honor, Integrity, Compassion, Respect, Fairness, and Courage will be thoroughly investigated and dealt with swiftly,” said the chief at the time.

Chief Earle then went a step further and posted two email addresses at which citizens can follow up with complaints about any other officers or give the department feedback.

“Anyone who has a concern about an officer’s performance or actions may report that issue to Internal Affairs at professionalstandards@gtpolice.com. Officers also greatly appreciate positive feedback regarding their every day hard work and dedication and such messages may be sent to police@gtpolice.com,” read the statement.

As TFTP has reported countless times, police officers protecting their own by refusing to charge abusive and corrupt cops is what leads to the problem with policing we see today. The proactive nature of the Gloucester Township police department is what fixes this problem.

Flinn, who is not being held, is to be sentenced at a future date by Superior Court Judge Edward McBride.

Liberty Activist ‘Murdered as He Slept’ by SWAT Team Seizing His Guns—Lawyer

Silver Spring, MD — Duncan Lemp was a talented computer programmer who was raising money to form a startup company to go out on his own. This 21-year-old proponent of the Constitution had his entire life ahead of him. However, because the state of Maryland wanted to take his guns, he was killed in his own home — gunned down in his bed as he slept, according to his attorney.

“He was a talented, smart guy. Super nice. Didn’t deserve to get shot,” said Samuel Reid, whose Canadian software company employed Lemp as an independent contractor.

According to police, at approximately 4:30 am on March 12, members of the Special Operations Division – Tactical Unit were in the process of serving a high-risk search warrant related to firearms offenses at an address in the 12200 block of St. James Road in Potomac. During the warrant service, the suspect confronted the officers and was fatally shot by an officer assigned to the Tactical Unit.

Despite police claiming the warrant was high risk, Lemp’s family, who says they read the warrant, claim it said nothing about a high risk. What’s more, Lemp and his girlfriend who was also shot during the raid, have no criminal record, according to his family.

Police claim Lemp was not allowed to possess the firearms he owned, so they raided his house to take them.

“Detectives were following up on a complaint from the public that Lemp, though prohibited, was in possession of firearms,” the release says without elaborating.

In the process, according to Rene Sandler, an attorney for the family, police opened fire through an outside window and murdered Lemp and shot his girlfriend as they slept.

According to ABC, Sandler said the family believes police fired gunshots, not a flashbang or other projectile, from outside the home, including through Lemp’s bedroom window, while he and his girlfriend were sleeping. Nobody in the home heard any warnings or commands before police opened fire, she said.

“There is no warrant or other justification that would ever allow for that unless there is an imminent threat, which there was not,” Sandler said.

“The facts as I understand them from eyewitnesses are incredibly concerning,” she told The Associated Press.

As ABC reports, the warrant that police obtained to search the Potomac home Lemp shared with his parents and 19-year-old brother doesn’t mention any “imminent threat” to law enforcement or the public, Lemp’s relatives said in a statement released Friday by their lawyers. Nobody in the house that morning had a criminal record, the statement adds.

“Any attempt by the police to shift responsibility onto Duncan or his family, who were sleeping when the police fired shots into their home, is not supported by the facts,” the statement says.

This case appears to be crystal clear. Police claimed Lemp’s guns were illegal, raided his home to take them, and killed him in the process. He had harmed absolutely no one.

TFTP found Lemp’s Instagram account and his personal website. The show that this young entrepreneur was a talented computer programmer as well as a proponent for liberty. In one of his posts, Lemp posted a photo of two AR-style rifles with the quote “Sic Semper Tyrannis.” The phrase translates literally as “thus always to tyrants”. The idea is that a tyrant always meets a dire end, which is just and should be expected.

It was likely this post that set the officers on their path that ended with the alleged murder of Lemp.

The police department’s news release says the “facts and circumstances of the encounter” are still under investigation and are ensuring the public that an outside agency will review all the facts.

“An established agreement between the Montgomery County State’s Attorney’s Office and the Howard County State’s Attorney’s Office stipulates that when an officer-involved shooting involving injury or death occurs in one county, the other county’s State’s Attorney’s Office will review the event,” police said.

If history is any indicator, however, police will rule this killing justified after they investigate themselves.

“He was pro-America and supported wholeheartedly all the protections of the Constitution,” the family’s attorney said. “We believe that the body camera footage and other forensic evidence from this event will support what Duncan’s family already knows, that he was murdered.”

Cop Shoots FBI Agent Who Was Arresting Him for Conspiracy Against the Constitution

Two Kentucky Constables (police officers as they’re known in some states) exchanged gunfire last Friday with FBI agents who were attempting to serve a search warrant. One unnamed FBI agent and Pulaski County Fourth District Constable Gary Baldock were both injured by the gunfire after the FBI says Baldock opened fire on them outside his residence. The FBI agent was serving an arrest warrant on Baldock for his repeated alleged violations of the Constitution.

Fifth District Constable Mike “Wally” Wallace as well as Baldock were under investigation for depriving citizens of their constitutional rights. Somerset defense attorney Greg Ousley says he called the FBI after interviewing several of his clients who claimed if they paid the constable money their cases would get dismissed. Ousley, the whistleblower, told reporters:

"I contacted the FBI about seven months ago because I had several clients tell me the things that he did to them. My clients would usually have to forfeit money to Wally via fiscal court and [then] get a sweet deal on the rocket docket."

Both alleged dirty cops are now under federal indictment. The paperwork of which reads in part:

"(The constables) knowingly and willfully conspired together to injure, oppress, threaten and intimidate persons within Pulaski County, Kentucky, in the free exercise and enjoyment of a right secured to them by the Constitution and laws of the United States, specifically their right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures by one acting under color of law and the right to be free from the deprivation of property without due process of law by one acting under color of law."

Wallace has already entered a plea of “not guilty” and was released under the condition he not engage in any police activity until the matter is resolved. Robert Norfleet, Wallace’s attorney, said his client was not on scene at the site of the shooting and says he is “shocked and saddened” by the incident.

WKYT talked to a neighbor who found himself in the middle of a shooting involving an FBI agent at a Pulaski County constable’s house.

“I heard over the loudspeaker ‘Gary Baldock, open up. This is the FBI.’ and I jumped up and I went in the hallway and looked through the window,” said the neighbor. “And in the dark a guy dressed in black with a gun leaning over the hood of my truck.”

The shooting took place at Baldock’s residence on Mountain View Drive in Somerset. Norfleet says he has not had a chance to look at all the evidence the FBI has against his client and is unsure if he’ll be Wallace’s attorney going forward with the federal case against him but says his client maintains his innocence.

It’s rare when law enforcement officials engage in a shootout with each other. For those who may not know, a constable is someone who has the full authority to exercise all policing activities within a city, town or county except that instead of being hired, they are elected. In other words, their actions carry the full weight of the law.

For a defense attorney to contact the FBI means he has placed his career on the line to expose what he believes to be corruption. When the FBI showed up on Baldock’s doorsteps, he showed just how determined he was to defend himself, by actually opening gunfire on federal agents.

As TFTP has reported, we as a country may be seeing more of this in the coming months with lawmakers and politicians creating laws which are seemingly at odds with the U.S. Constitution. Specifically, laws meant to curtail 2nd Amendment freedoms have pushed sheriff’s and counties all across the country to create 2nd Amendment sanctuaries whereby Sheriff’s have stated they will refuse to comply with state laws meant to separate citizens from their guns. The whole national scenario is setting up conflict whereby state police officers may attempt to get into armed conflicts with local police officers who refuse to enforce state laws.

‘Nothing Was Done’: 12yo Victim Fights for a Decade to Expose Cop She Says Raped Her as a Child

Little Rock, AR — Who do you tell when a cop rapes you? The answer to the question can be just as traumatic for someone who’s been violated as the actual rape itself. But for one Little Rock, Arkansas woman, the time has come to hold her alleged rapist accountable for what she says he did to her at age 12.

Karen Hollie said when the rape happened she let people know but nothing was done. Now that she’s 24, she has decided to wait no longer. She told police at the time and it didn’t go anywhere. She spoke to KATV news in an exclusive and said:

"I spoke out and nothing was done and that’s something I just can’t let go."

In April of 2019, Arkansas State Police heard her story and took action. They arrested Sergeant John Tyler Shumard, 45, with the Brinkley Police Department. He was later charged with rape, sexual indecency with a child and sexual assault stemming from an incident which Hollie says happened in 2008. Shumard posted a $15,000 bond and was allowed to leave the Prairie County Jail where he was being held. The case went to trial last week on March 10th and 12th but Shumard has already pleaded not guilty through his lawyers.

At the time of the alleged rape, Shumard was a deputy with the Prarie County Sheriff’s Office. The Sheriff offered Shumard the chance to take a polygraph test in order to presumably keep his job and defend himself against the rape accusation but Shumard resigned instead, transforming himself into what TFTP has branded him as a gypsy cop.

Gypsy cops kill, rape, violate citizens’ rights, and when they’re caught or accused of a crime they’re allowed to resign and move on to another police department where, you guessed it, they continue their predatory practices. In 2008, the Prairie County Sheriff’s Office claimed there was not enough evidence to arrest and charge Shumard at the time so he simply moved to the Brinkley police department.

Going forward, Hollie’s case is an uphill battle for justice with law enforcement officers often given god-like hero status in American society. At any rate, she hopes more victims of rape will come forward and tell their stories.

As TFTP has consistently reported, pedophiles gravitate toward positions of authority whereby they may gain access to children. Pedophile teachers, coaches, school resource officers, etc., anyone who presumably has authority, often prey on children and their vulnerabilities. Shumard, allegedly, is no exception. Not only was he a badge wearing authority figure, he supposedly abused a child with which he had access. We do not yet know the alleged circumstances surrounding the case but in our experience, even accusations of rape aren’t enough to get police officers fired, let alone put in prison.

So, imagine this. If what Hollie is saying is true, and she was, indeed raped by Shumard when she was 12, the pedophile cop has been actively employed as a law enforcement officer for 12 years. Let that sink in. Every case he’s been involved with, if he’s convicted, will have to be overturned or heavily scrutinized because his credibility as a cop will be hopelessly flawed. If I were a Little Rock, AR inmate or defense attorney, I’d be getting my cases in order for a dismissal and preparing to set my clients free. We will keep you posted as more information about the trial becomes available this week.

Typical behavior from a blue line gang member who is trying to impose his will and thinking everyone will just comply and lick his boots. These thugs with badges and guns think that a person standing up for their rights is "playing games." The only one playing games is the one wearing the costume and badge in the video below.

WATCH: Cop Loses It, Chases Woman Who Filmed Him Allegedly Planting Crack on Man

Jefferson Parish, LA — On a near-regular basis, the Free Thought Project reports on police officers who have an affinity for framing innocent people by planting drugs on them. While some of these cops are held accountable, others, like Baltimore police officer Richard Pinheiro Jr., continue to collect their paycheck, even after being found guilty. A new video posted to Twitter last night appears to show a Louisiana cop engaged in the same flagrant behavior.

The video was uploaded to Twitter by Jasmine K, who noted that it was taking place in her neighborhood in Jefferson Parish which is just across the Mississippi River from New Orleans.

“THIS IS WHATS GOING ON IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD! JP PUTTING DRUGS ON PPL!!!” she wrote on Twitter.

As the video shows, a man is on the ground in handcuffs and surrounded by officers.

One of the officers in front of the man appears to be looking around on the ground for something. The whole time he appears to be holding a small baggie with a white substance inside it. He then quietly drops it in front of the man on the ground, prompting the man to speak out.

“What is that?” the man asks. “You just put that on the ground! That ain’t mine.”

The woman filming corroborates the man’s fears and let him know that she is recording.

“I’m recording,” the woman says. Her friend then reiterates several times that “she’s recording,” which gets the cop’s attention.

The cop looks over at the women with apparent anger in his eyes and then gets up to go after them. The women appear to be on their own property and took off running back into the house as the video ends.

TFTP reached out to the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office in regard to this incident. However, we have yet to receive a response.

It is important to note that this man could’ve simply dropped the drugs and the cop could’ve just been picking them up. However, his actions of holding them discreetly in his hand before putting them down on the ground were certainly suspect. The man’s immediate reaction of surprise was also indicative of being framed.

Also, the cop’s reaction to the woman filming him certainly looked like he had just been caught in the act and appeared to be furious about it. What’s more, as stated above, this sort of thing happens all the time.

A single corrupt cop can have an effect on ruining the lives of countless innocent people. In fact, dozens of innocent people who were rotting in jail have been freed and their charges erased after the corrupt cop who put them there was caught on his own body camera planting meth on an innocent grandmother. As TFTP has reported, Jackson County Sheriff’s Deputy Zachary Wester has since been fired and arrested, and a slew of lawsuits are now rolling in.

Last year, this most insidious police officer was arrested on 52 counts of planting meth and other street drugs on entirely innocent motorists he would randomly pull over. Now, even more victims have been discovered and he was just hit with dozens more charges.

According to the Tallahassee Democrat, prosecutors filed an amended information charging Wester with two dozen additional counts involving five more of his alleged victims. The charges stemmed from traffic stops in 2017 and 2018 in which drivers or passengers were arrested on drug charges including possession of methamphetamine and marijuana.

During the initial investigation, Wester’s coworkers searched his vehicle and found a wealth of unmarked evidence, including 42 pieces of drug paraphernalia, 10 baggies of meth and five baggies of marijuana. The items were similar to those he planted on drivers, investigators said.

As TFTP reported, Wester’s fall from law enforcement grace and roughly 120 people who were exonerated are due largely in part to the diligence of a single person, assistant state attorney at the 14th Judicial Circuit, Christina Pumphrey.

Another instance of blue line privilege for the sovereign citizens wearing costumes and badges. This blue line gang member, deputy Chad Gorton, totaled a patrol car while off duty and was only reprimanded for a few department policy violations, instead of being given citations for the 3 or 4 RCWs he violated. Any other person, who isn't a cop, would have been issued citations and have to pay the fines along with court fees, but not this sovereign thug. Gorton was fired, but was reinstated after appealing the decision to terminate his employment. He was put on a 4 year "last chance" status or department probation.

On Easter of 2018 deputy Chad Gorton wrecked his patrol car while driving it off duty. An investigation determined he wasn't wearing his seat belt and he was speeding. They determined he was doing a minimum of 90 mph. He sped, didn't use his seat belt, drove recklessly, and give false/misleading statements to a public servant. These are all violations of Washington Revised Code(RCW...laws). They are also Spokane County Sheriff Department policy violations. This is Spokane County Sheriff Sergeant Hines conducting an interview about the circumstances of the crash.

They sent me a few audio and video files but because the state requires them to redact DV victims entirely from any public records ther wasn't much other than detectives asking her questions. However, I did notice this unredacted version of the video Gorton's wife took when she claims he hit her. The alleged strike is not visible but it is audible.
