One could do this, but thru my experience, that means the 2nd person/friend/family member isn't interested in sports or betting, and it doesn't take long for them to say "here's the login you can do it, I don't want to anymore".

You still haven't explained how BuffaloNickel was banned and then was able to create a new account the next day RO-4 and then when RO-4 was banned he created Derailer the next day.
