First off if you are rich you can buy the best legal representation.. That will buy you out of jail time for sure.. Look at OJ Simpson whom had the dream team..

That's a shock to the system and major life change... It's not like an old folks home Bill Cosby is going to.. Jail is still jail....

Maybe Bill dies within 3 years... The 3-10 years could be a death sentence when you think about it...

He could get let out early like OJ did.. Good behavior Cosby could get out in 4 or 5 years is my best guess. He'll get special treatment in Jail as well with all his money.. He might make it out alive just barely.. Then again maybe not????

Child molesters don't fair well in American Prisons that's for sure.. That is something to consider although I'm sure he has already hired and paid for protection.. His famous reputation for the Blacks may also win him some love in Prison and some additional protection..
