Depends on the appeal process.. He'll do the 3 years for sure.. It's a 3-10 year sentence.. Don't think he can get out before the 3 years are up...

He'll be protected in prison, he'll pay for protection and assistance while in State prison.. He be looked up to by the black inmates I believe.. He won't be serving hard time, he'll be serving easy time unfortunately.. They should put him in solitary and in a Federal prison for real justice. Death row even better..

Hmmm. The plot thickens. Presumptive sentence for a 81 year old 1st time offender is 10-24 months. He gets 3-10years. Oh by the way if you’re sentenced to more than 2 years you are not eligible for bail during appeal process.

his alleged victims wanted to advance their careers so they went along with his persuasive ideas. he deserves to be sentenced to time served with an apology from the court for inconveniencing him for all this time. also deserves to get his show back retooled with him as as the grandfather to all the huxtable offspring. it would shoot to number 1 in the neilson ratings.
