I didn't call anyone a "retard". I used a word with the latin root -tard, just like "bastard" and "tardy". All of these words have negative connotations and they are supposed to. Just because one of them refers to the handicapped doesn't mean I can't use another word with that latin root. Was it invented by someone who had "retard" in mind? Yeah probably, but that's not the literal definition or how I use it, that's how new words are often formed in the English language by altering other familiar words and their components, and snowflaking because one word reminds you of another word is...libtarded (a new or different way of thinking but in a slow or detrimental way)

You seem to think you're better than blacks by virtue of having pale skin.
Blacks are more likely to be raised in a poor environment, with less opportunity and education that leads to worse outcomes. Whites raised in similar environments tend to do quite poorly as well.

My uncle Bobby(my mom's older brother) lives 2 blocks away from me with my other uncle(my mom's younger brother Gary). Bobby is retarded, and it doesn't bother me in the slightest when I hear people use the term "Retard". Why anyone would be offended by that word is a mystery to me.

In a clinical setting I could see it being used if that applied to the specific patient. But even then I'd expect to hear Impaired. Impaired is the proper terminology. And that is why Retard is such a horrible word. It was a catch all for a time when medicine had no way to distinguish say someone whose deaf from someone whom couldn't use their body or respond. Mainly because they had no less way to help the person who couldn't hear from the person unable to move their own bodies. Another analogy is when doctors would apply leaches to everything and if that didn't fix you you died.

I agree that no one should call someone with a mental handicap a retard or refer to anyone's children or family members by that name, but if I see a group of individuals fighting(like the antifa fights in Portland yesterday) why is it a bad thing to refer to them as retards? This is the use of the word that I am talking about.

Yeah but ive never once heard anyone use the term impaired other then for drunk drivers or people with hearing loss.
