It's just an entirely different way of thinking when it comes to gun ownership when comparing congested cities to open farm land or out of city limit gun owners for that matter..

How do you make it harder when it's much easier to buy a gun illegally than it is to buy one legally these days? How well has the war on drugs worked when I can walk to any corner in the West Side and pick up weed whenever I want? Guns have become what was drug trade (before legalization started spreading). You try banning them, the black market kicks in. To buy a gun I gotta go through a background check and wait 24-72 hours depending on the gun. You could also take $1k and go into the hood and buy a gun in 3 hours, no questions asked

They just had the bond hearing. Given no bond (shock of the year). Was disappointed the state didn't detail more in the proffer besides just saying there was a sworn affidavit to support no bond. Judge Donk should've been presiding asking more questions from the state on what they had to clear up some of the speculation.
