Invicta is basically horseshit, because you can buy them at Costco and see them on so many wrists because of that.
If you don't want to spend that much, at least go for a Longines. Got the classic look and is a great brand all around.
But overall when buying watches the rule should be: never settle. If you want a Rolex, get a Rolex. Not Longines, not Invicta, etc. If money is the issue, you gotta save up until you can get what you want.

          Yessss.

I have always wanted one but have never had $6000 to spend on what essentially amounts to a decorative clock.

The horological side to it is fascinating though.

            Yes!
Would never buy a table clock, but my grandparents have one and this thing is pure genius, great clock. Grandpa won that one back in the 50s when he was driving races, still works 100% perfect.

Yeah the table clock is sort of a thing of the past, though they have a certain nostalgic appeal.

Your grandfather sounds like a cool guy.

                More like that:

Was a driver for Triumph and Adler. 246 wins and a few German Championships. The sport was extremely big back then, with races in Germany, Belgium, Netherlands with 20.000 up to 250.000 people watching on racedays. Was called "Grasbahnrennen".

I own a atmos! They claim it will run for 600 years! I ask chicks; "wanna come over and play with my clock?" Very good ice breaker. Cartier mystery clock is way sicker when it comes to clocks.

Ps you can get an atmos all day on ebay for 6-1200 just make sure the guy has a 100% rating and knows how to ship a clock. I myself have a 500,000 per month account that o hardy use because of some bad decisions on ebays part. I used to pump about $1200 worth or silver out of there everday until they got greedy.

You get loads of them in very poor condition, there was a time when the quality dropped because they produced too many. If you get one in poor condition, it's not worth it as it is very expensive to get them going again. The one from my grandparents however works like a charm, never had the slightest issue. I already told my parents and siblings: when the day comes one day, hands off, that is mine
They had some crazy stupid looking Atmos as well, with plastic etc. However, one of those in mint condition is worth a lot today.

Aaaah the Mystery watch. Yeah, very nice unique concept, the secret was kept a long time!
However, I don't really like the look of it. Genius? Absolutely. But when it comes to looks I wouldn't want to have one of those standing in my living room.

Bullion. Brand spankin new shit. My best sellers were American Eagles and Canadian maples I would also do Austrian philharmonics and a few other random things I used to be a big time bullion dealer.

My atmos has a low serial number from the 50s and the rare blue screws. I bought it specifically for my office at the top of a high rise and brought it home when i realized I didn't need to pay a grand every month for an office in a high rise.

Easy to say but she is so bad! One of the baddest things walking the earth in my opinion. My kack gets hard just talking to her on the phone. Shes one of the baddest!
