Yep, we live in a police state.
Instead of police officers aiming their guns at the chest and head if a suspect is running at them or away from them.
Police officers should aim their guns at the legs because after shooting the legs, the suspect cannot run at or away from them and the suspect is less likely to die compared to getting shot at the chest and head.
This should be a new rule for law enforcement.
