My rule of thumb with this topic is that I always expect posters to think of SBR as if they owned this company themselves and then think how they'd feel. Many people have posted here so much and for so long I don't think it's a far stretch, to be honest. If someone is posting the name of another site, even a competitor, just in reference to the conversation then fair enough. Many of us are friends with people who work at another gambling forum so it's not like we don't know those places exist. But if someone is posting in a way to direct traffic elsewhere, then I don't think any of us business owners would appreciate that.

What makes you think that those same people doubting your record will believe that higher is tracking correctly?
And if you think that being tracked by higher on an outside website will help more traffic to your thread here then you are ignorant.
I like you and check your thread everyday....you don't need someone else's help in maintaining your record.

One of my objectives is to promote what is good about sbr, such as its saints, free tools, odds, classic threads that most don't know about, and even the new prop betting feature, which is ahead of the curve. All links direct users to here...I would never take content from SBR and feature it on my site.

Shari, there are so many great threads here that SBR should promote...maybe a hall of fame, locked thread with links to the greatest and most useful threads.

I am sorry, I believe you misunderstood. I never said that he affects traffic on my thread. What I did say is that he saves me the time and effort of having to do it.

Also, because he is an unbiased third party....there is nothing for him to gain by not being accurate. There has only been one discrepancy since he started tracking and it was fixed within minutes when I happened to notice it. I am certainly not giving him any 'skin' in this game....not like I make a penny off of anything.

I post my picks because I love it.....I post them to drive discussion....I post them to keep myself honest and to keep from tilting (something I was prone to do years ago).

Also....ignorant is a pretty strong word....especially when you misread what I said....I may be an idiot, but I am surely cognizant of that fact and NOT ignorant of it.
