He's doing great.
He let's out a little groan right before he gets up, I say to Ally "that's his I got to get up groan" then he waddles over to the wee wee pad and does his Cooper The Wonder Dog business, comes back to his Cooper The Wonder Dog doggie bed, does a half circle, and plops back down.

He like to get his exercise in around 4am, sometimes he leave a little Copper The Wonder Dog love nugget in the middle of my hallway, nothing like stepping in Cooper love a 5am when I go to make coffee. But when you're 1000 years old, and has been my best buddy for 17 years (I met Ally 17 years ago when he was two) you've earned the right to poop wherever, whenever.

He's still doing great, oh sure he has arthritis, and pretty much can't see anymore, but he's still the same playful wise guy that swiped the fisherman's sandwich from his tackle box 16 years ago, and the same guy who left a protest poop right behind me in the kitchen last week when I wouldn't give him some BBQ chicken (too spicy for him)

Yep, he's older than dirt, but still my baby.
I'll go to war for him.
