LMFAO, shut my non-believing ass up. It's hard for me to be objective about the Spurs. The sports media constantly talks about a Miami Heat switch. No one mentions the fact that the Spurs have a switch, also. The Heat have a Big 3 switch. The Spurs have a switch when Coach Pop and the ENTIRE TEAM is switched on and firing on all cylinders. The Heat are a flashy championship team with a misfit supporting cast. The best player in the world and 2 NBA All-Stars. The Spurs have the most fundamentally sound TEAM in the NBA, IMHO. The sports media call the Spurs, "Boring." I call them, "fundamentally sound." I remember seeing the Harlem Globetrotters live and in person as a kid. When the Spurs play with the switch turned on. I can hear the Harlem Globetrotters theme song, Sweet Georgia Brown - Brother Bones playing in my head.
It's rare when you see MMA fighters strategize for a win by decision. Last night, we both saw Stipe Miocic and Jake Shields use the Floyd Mayweather Jr. win by decision strategy. Stipe Miocic fought like an angry chicken on steroids. He would throw a few chicken claw strikes, (some were real strikes, though), and take off running when Big Country chased. Big Country looked Rocky chasing the chicken in the makeshift coup in the Rokey movies. Miocic did dominate the fight and deserves respect.
Jake Shields copied exactly how Floyd Mayweather Jr. wins every fight. Floyd Mayweather Jr. has made running around like a chicken with his head cut off and pat-a-cake famous. They are fighting to win, but it's annoying as hell, though. I define winning a fight. As the last man standing, or making the other opponent quit. MMA and Boxing decide the winner at the end of all rounds. As the man with the most strikes landed. Reguardless of how little damage caused. It's a flaw that comes with both sports.
If i had to bet on tonights NBA action. I would take the Heat to rip the heart out of the Spurs and finally win back2back games. I didn't like the body language of Pop and the Spurs that last time out. Even if the Spurs do show up tonight. I still say the series is over. The Spurs are good enough to beat the Heat. I just think the Heat are in the heads of the Spurs. I hope i'm wrong.

Heat look like a re charged team with a well planned way to attack Spurs defense.....

BUT... this is the kicker.
Spurs are at home and everything I have read on this game they are of course thinking of it as their game 7.
So this so called huge uphill battle the the Spurs seem to be in (all of a sudden)
can all be changed instantaneously with a win
at HOME tonight. Yup... at HOME. Spurs 35-6 at home during reg season. THIS IS THE PLAYOFFS.
Home court is crucial.
I believe that with the skillset the whole Spurs roster brings for 48 minutes
along with the home crowd rallying around them
they can will themselves to a WIN at HOME . Cmon now.
Lets not act like the Heat cant lose on the road all of a sudden.

When you say, lawn, are we taking grass, or pubes? Yup, me and my dad have been clicking the last 2 years. I told my dad happy fathers day this morning. We would be watching the NBA finals and WWE payback together, but he has to work late tonight.
Everything you've read says the Spurs think of tonight game as a game 7. My gut says the Heat are looking to end the series tonight. What the Spurs and coach Pop didn't do. The Heat are preparing to do. The Heat are looking for the kill shot.
My thoughts on if the Spurs win tonight are that it means jack shit. It means false hope. If Parker was 90 percent. That changes my opinion entirely. I lost hope when Parker got injured and coach pop conceded game 4. I give them a 30 percent chance of winning the title. If they somehow win tonight.
I got a crazy fathers day story to share. I just found out about soemthing today that's crazy. I'll share it with you later.
