Good job getting into shape. I've been learning Taekwondo with my son, he's a slightly higher belt, but we both just started.

Because of my neck problems, I've broken away from circuit training in the gym and am trying this like Tai Chi...slow, strong and deliberate. Starting to swim a bit too.

I've got a ways to go, my weight's fine, but I'm just out of shape...no endurance.
