great post! I totally agree. There is no such thing as a random number generator, and I've definitely noticed amazing cards in the first few hours of play after a deposit, followed by terrible bad beats later on. Could we follow a strategy of playing hard and aggressive early on in the deposit, then cash out and move to a different poker site?

While at first it would seem reasonable and rather easy for an onlline poker company to fix their software to provide predetermined outcomes, doesnt everyone think that one of these companies woud have been exposed by an ex-managing partner or a software engineer by this point?

Has every business relationship in the in the poker world remained unscathed? Do the higher ups in these companies know how to program their own software?

Wouldnt it be too easy for an ex employee with information from one of the numerous poker sites to anonymously release the information for a number of reasons: 1) spite; 2) revenge; 3) a competitive advantage?

This conspiracy would encompass too many people for this activity to go unchallenged for so long.

And, why risk it anyway when the natural variance of poker is high enough to provide you with the exact scenerios the software manipulation would create, admitedly not to the same extent, but with NO RISK whatsoever?
