#5I revised it a bit tonight. Here ya go Nina:
1-1.5 # medium shells
2# ground round or ground beef (fresh)
2 pt. sour cream
2-16oz provolone chesse (sliced)
1-16oz mozz cheese (sliced)
1 qt. pasta sauce (whatever your favorite is)
Cook shells until firm (al dente) and brown meat in pan (I use salt pepper, oregano and a little cayenne while cooking)
Drain pasta well
preheat oven to 350
Using a deep pan line the bottom with half the shells
Spread half the sour cream, meat, and and sauce over shells
Cover with provologne
Repeat for second layer (using mozz)
COVER WITH FOIL and bake at 350 for 40 minutes
UNCOVER and bake for 20 more minutes until golden brown
Let sit for 10 minutes to cool.Comment -

Thanks for the points House, and I will be doing a series of these probably especially when the summer rolls around and it's grilling season. Again, for anyone who thinks they can't make this they are nuts. I really even think Illini could do it if he really tried. But hey, if you don't own a pot or a pan, may as well let someone else cook for you!Comment -

#22FYI:
Here is the review of this Cabernet:
This wine has great color and was not over filtered. I like a little grit in my wine if you know what I mean. Dark, Dark color almost like ink. Swirl the glass and you get an aroma of Black fruit, Black berry and plum. You are treated to that same pleasure on your palate with a mellow light toasted oak and vanilla after taste. This cab has a medium finish with a balanced texture.
This wine also won the GOLD MEDAL at the 2007 WEST COAST WINE Competition.

Like I said, you know NOTHING about wines.
Your so called review of the wine is taken from some magazine. It's very obvious that you where unable to tell something about the wine when you made the video, all you could say was "it cost $17"...you had no other comments because you know about wines as much as I know about how to build a space shuttle.
As long as it come from a wine bottle people can give you to drink grape juice and you wouldn't know the difference.
But of course you can prove me wrong...just put a video with your wine collection. Oh, that's right, you don't have a wine collection.
Dude, you look and act like a Budweiser guy...opening a video saying "wassup fuks" and being a wine connoisseur doesn't go very often together.Comment -

#30Originally posted by Cougar BaitMy current collection consists of 7 bottles, but I just started collecting. Again, this is a gambling forum, and the reason I commented on the wine is because guys around here aren't going to spend 100 bucks or more on a bottle of Opus. You can say what you want, I don't drink Budweiser. But of course you don't know me, you just think you know me because I have a beard and wear a cap and say wazzup fukks? It's funny how all these comments come from people without the capabilities to make videos or show their own face. Dipshit, you are a coward with no friends here. Congrats on being a loser. Job well done.

#33Some good bottles in there. You apparently don't even know that wine does not have to be 400 bucks a bottle to be good. The wines I started with run anywhere from $11-$20 a bottle. People have seen the inside of my place. I am not going to try to pretend I am someone I'm not. Something you are apparently very threatened by. Stop embarrassing yourself Dipshit. It's just better to give up, just like your avatar. Or you could do your own video on your vast wine expertise.
But we all know that isn't going to happen.Comment -

What happened to the "guys around here aren't going to spend 100 bucks or more on a bottle of Opus" ? Neither did you ! Or you replaced the label with a Clos du Bois one so if someone will break into your home will not stieal the expensive wine ? LOLZ
Dude, maybe you watched to much Oprah or you believe that in the future you will be able to hide your insecurities behind a talk about wine...or you try to seem sophisticated...give up. $5 wine bottles from Costco won't make you look good not even in front of a crack whore. Stop reading stupid magazines telling you silly stuff like learning about wines...learn something useful instead.
You know shit about wines, you know it , I know it...so what's the point in having this dialog ? Nobody said you have to be an expert in wines, but at least be honest about it and just say "hey, I got this wine because I like the taste", end the story...don't try to act like some connoisseur when in reality when you buy a wine the most important thing for you is the price. Trow in the garbage that magazine about wines and learn something like a foreign language instead...it will be more helpful then risking to bite your tongue trying to pronounce the name of a french wine.Comment -

#35Nothing happened to it. Guys here (including me) would rather spend big money on a college basketball play than a bottle of wine. That was the whole point. And the whole reason I mentioned the price. I have still yet to hear you say one intelligent thing about wine. Apparently you also aren't very good with numbers either.
Avg. price of this wine is around 15 bucks (not 5 smart guy). And the '05 Cab reviewed on Cork'd had an average rating of 89.Comment
