    Gambling maybe, like others have said people gamble less now. Difference is people who were parking there before the show were DEFINITELY there to spend money at the hotel/casino property. Now, who knows? Hard to measure.

    Drinking, probably not because of the whole area around the Arena now is built for partying.

    I'm so much of a super-capitalist now, I have no love for freeloaders even though I totally was one when I used to vacation here in college. So my immediate answer to your last sentence there Nino was "yes, they should". I think I've been here too long.

      I'm with you on this EL....

      I don't get the Paid Parking crap.

      But.... if you don't live in Nevada.... and you're flying in.... guess you wouldn't need to park your car anyways?

          I had Aria booked for next weekend, but this kind of stuff ticks me off. Called up Cosmopolitan and they matched my comp offer at Aria. I'm afraid Caesars and others will follow soon, though.
