Soaring from what? Romney is at around 32.3% percent chance to win the election and that is soaring? Forget the ideological stuff, just from a wagering perspective, how can you say he is soaring on intrade or any prediction markets. These were the numbers from back on August 7th



Challengers usually see an upswing from the first presidential debate. Mondale saw a pretty impressive upsurge after his first debate, Dole and Kerry saw some impressive numbers and that worked out well.
