US gets fukked here as they are jumping thru hoops for points that they gotta work a tad bit harder for. Pumping more points into the system will only decrease the value. Although a freeze on prices is in effective (for the time being) US players are not getting as much bang for their buck.

You already can if you are outside the US and have a Moneybookers account. If you are inside the US then you can not buy them but you can win them in contests like BTP and cash out in the store for gift cards or merchandise.

Look guys, everyone wishes we did not have big brother watching things. But the reality is they are. We are conforming and trying to do the best we can within the guidelines suggested to put on a first rate contest for all cappers.
