I am searching for a way to change team name myself, but no luck so don't think I can do it. If anyone has Yahoo commissioner experience and knows a way, please do tell.

Both CBS and ESPN allows commissioners to manually change team names. Not sure ab Yahoo, haven't played with them since 2000. Sry

If you go to edit team settings, you should be able to edit the roster per display name.

Why are you struggling with this? Just change you team name to include "ShadY" so it is obvious who you are on all the reports.

If you look in comments section of each league on the bottom of each league's homepage, you will see "Commissioner generated random draft order". Had there been any fudging, it would have said "custom" draft order.
