yep....khicks has had horrible luck in this league. he's the high point man by 40 points and has no chance to make the playoffs with a week left.

lucky for him, he's still in the running for the high point team total for the year (700 points).

On the bright side I won 200pts for high score one week. Could take 700pts for team total (probably lose by 12pts or less) LOL.

But if I take high score this week. Could end up with 1100 total points. not bad for a 4-8 team.

What's crazy is I thought my SBR2 league draft was incredible (A+, def would of been last year).

It's been brutal. I've learned a valuable lesson in these two leagues and a couple offline.

We absolutely must have rolling waivers without reset. FAAAB is also an option (The most truly fair option).

It's not fair to players who drafted better, that the bottom 2/3 shit teams every week get to first every week, and I can't "save" my waiver position to pick up need down the road. You get punished for having a good draft or even ok.

I was middle/now low in SBR 2 and I believe the same thing so this is not unfair. A middle team will never get anyone ever.

A lot more strategy on taking a handcuff backup or emerging player, vs waiting and hoping to fill a need the week after etc.

i took the same exact setting from the SBR leagues....but am not a fan of the weekly rolling list based on standing either.

i would like to do FAAB, but by my understanding that's not a feature of yahoo. we can see what the options they have next year and put it to a vote.

Talking to guys and reading reddit/twoplustwo/other forums NO ONE does the reset anymore. I get it based on standings, but if I want to not make any claims and wait 2/3/4 weeks and keep my number one position that is only fair.

It's stupid to punish people who study, research and dedicate time and then punish them for drafting well.

No worries, SBR leagues had it too this year. Just a minor change that needs to be addressed.

Starting RBs/WRs ALWAYS get hurt, and the bottom 1/2 guys ALWAYS get reset every week.

I'd prefer FAAB which is truly the fair option, but Waivers without reset is acceptable.

Not surprising. Had it not been Playing with the same group of guys for 4 years now I’d not play in his league either.

Maybe we can run a 3k league next season. Only difference is the 2k SBR puts in. Maybe we can all kick into that ?

Does yahoo have premium leagues where you have to pay to use the software? Maybe that’s where the FAAB is.

Googling/reading forums/reddit fantasy football and talking with a bunch of friends they started laughing at me.

"So you get punished for drafting well, and bascially punished for drafting anything but shitty, then every week it resets and you have no chance to ever grab a good player off waivers? That's bullshit".

I put a lot more time then I ever should into every fantasy league, simply because I enjoy it and am competitive.

I went from A+ draft and dwindled slowly from the top tier near the bottom over a series of 12 weeks. I was never in a postion to grab any valuable FA.

lastly, it appears Khicks has the high point season almost locked up. unlucky season for a team that appears to be on track to go 4-9.
