Blue Jays-Royals and Cubs-Mets are both going to be really good series. My bold prediction is that the winning teams will be wearing blue caps.

These league championship series should give us some great baseball. Lots of power hitters in these series'.

Daniel Murphy becomes the only NL player to homer off Clayton Kershaw AND Zack Greinke this year.

Daniel Murphy is just about the last player in the world I'd expect to make a play like that stolen base in the 4th. It changed the game completely.

Mets would really benefit if they could get 8 innings or more out of Harvey tomorrow. It would also be great if he pitches well.

The Kansas City Royals pitching staff combined for a shutout against the Toronto Blue Jays last night.

                                  Quite unexpected one would think?

Blue Jays offense goes dormant. Pitching beats hitting again.

Price looked like Cy Young for 5 innings then one thing goes wrong (Goins uncalled error) and he folds up like an accordion.

He's making himself some extra money with these playoffs.

Feel a little bad for Price, but at the same time, I must say that Toronto seems like a team of dicks to me. Anyone agree? Certain teams are likable and plucky (I think the Royals are one of those) and certain teams just rub you the wrong way. The Jays are one of those teams.

I said Royals in five and I'm sticking to that obviously now. I think the Royals get their championship this year, and it will be well earned.

I like the Royals the least of all teams left, and I don't feel sorry for Price because he's kind of a dick I like most of the Toronto team but not him and I'm sick of Tulo playing like shit (I know he was hurt but) Donaldson, Encarnacion, Ozuna, and Pillar are great and I'm a fan of them.

The Blue Jays 0-2 hole feels like a much bigger deficit against the Royals even though its a best of seven. Probably because they are so much better defensively than the Rangers and their bullpen is lights out.

Such a gutting loss yesterday, Price was still making good pitches in that 7th inning imo. The Royals just did Royal things, so annoying.
