Keeping it simple. One thread for all the football and plays from other sports sometimes.

The majority of the lines I post are played at pinnacle. $100 units, occasional writeups, plays graded between 1-5u, typically, with the rare larger one when a lot of situational factors come together. I've written a lot about teams I like and hate coming into this season in other threads, so no need to rehash them here.

SK, I know you are a sharp guy, so how in the world can you justify throwing a college football total into a 6 point teaser? I assume you understand the math behind teaser value?

Understand the key number but I leave teasers to NFL. Having said that, I'd go with Tech on that teaser. Gilbert has still never proven anything (except that he knows how to throw picks), and the SMU defense won't be able to stop the run. Kingsbury is a great hire for Tech -- sure, they have a freshman QB, but he was unreal at Lake Travis (top 4 or 5-A program in Texas), and Kingsbury knows how to coach young talent (i.e. Johnny Football last year). Their RBs help the young QB, as that tandem is top 3 in the Big 12 (Texas might have the only better set). I'm hoping that line will get down to 4, as I see a potential blowout tonight in Dallas.

Because I think SMU's offensive output is the key element in this game. The side and total are correlated.

Not sure. I typically won't start really looking into those until a couple of weeks in though. We need a couple of weeks for some public overreaction to really start pushing lines around. Hopefully they'll get it sorted out asap.
