Update from my post like 6 months ago, still waiting.
My first withdrawal request was cancelled after 7 months
My second withdrawal request was cancelled after 2 months with their switch to their new site 'mynitro.io'
I have submitted my third request a few weeks ago but 0 hope in payment.

Their email service is down, their live chat hasn't been online in at least over a week when I've checked.
And there's a long list of people in the exact same boat.

I understand it's personal info but with a book like this, it could help others quickly realize how much IN TOTAL nitro owes and how likely it is they get paid before everyone else

maybe add a poll to this thread with 4-5 options (under 2k owed, 2-3k, 4-6k, 7k+ owed etc)

Processed cashouts in the past with no issue.

I've been waiting more than 12 months. When they migrated to the new site they said I had to put in a new request. I requested 5mbtc 3 weeks ago and still haven't received my funds. Total balance: 278mBTC

I have been unable to successfully withdraw any funds from this platform since April 2025.
Currently, I have a pending withdrawal for 39.75 mBTC, but more importantly, my total remaining balance on the site is 120 mBTC.

The Pattern of Deception: For nearly a year, I have engaged with their customer service repeatedly. Every single inquiry is met with the same script:"The technical team is working on it.""Please be patient, your request is in the queue.""We are experiencing high volumes/technical updates."The Reality:It has been 10 months. There is no "technical update" in the world that prevents a Bitcoin transaction for 300+ days. It has become clear that Nitrobetting is using these canned responses as a stall tactic to avoid paying out larger balances.


I am calling on the Nitrobetting (mynitro.io) representative here to address this. I will not stop updating this thread and sharing my experience across gambling watchdogs until my 120 mBTC balance is made accessible.

After waiting 11 months, with no payout, this is the message sent to me when asking for an update:

"Back in 2022, a balance of 301.27mBTC was migrated from NitrogenSports to Nitrobetting. From July 2022 onward, your balance grew to 383.54mBTC through your betting activity on the new platform, without any additional deposits being made during that period.
The only deposit registered on your account after the migration was 8.42mBTC in August 2024.
Since then, we have already processed and paid 270mBTC in withdrawals from your account. This amount covers the only deposit made on Nitrobetting / myNitro, as well as the winnings generated on the platform since 2022.
The remaining balance originates from funds and activity that were tied to the previous NitrogenSports platform prior to the migration. Unfortunately, those historical records and balances are not something we are able to recover, verify, or audit from our side.
For that reason, as explained previously by our Processing department, no additional payouts will be processed at this time, since the payouts already made cover the verified deposit and the winnings generated on the current platform from 2022 through 2026.
