Update from my post like 6 months ago, still waiting.
My first withdrawal request was cancelled after 7 months
My second withdrawal request was cancelled after 2 months with their switch to their new site 'mynitro.io'
I have submitted my third request a few weeks ago but 0 hope in payment.

Their email service is down, their live chat hasn't been online in at least over a week when I've checked.
And there's a long list of people in the exact same boat.

Your post saved me(and many others I suppose) from depositing funds to that shithole so despite you not getting your money ,
thank you for the alerting post.
I hope they get solvent enough to pay out all customers but there isnt a chance that most of the bettors here will ever bother depositing funds there any time soon.

I wish players would post a) how long they've been waiting and b) how much they are owed, or amount they requested to withdraw... I understand it's personal info but with a book like this, it could help others quickly realize how much IN TOTAL nitro owes and how likely it is they get paid before everyone else

maybe add a poll to this thread with 4-5 options (under 2k owed, 2-3k, 4-6k, 7k+ owed etc)

Have you played there pre-covid or a new account?

I created my account in 2012. Played lots and lots from then until a couple of years ago.

Processed cashouts in the past with no issue.

I've been waiting more than 12 months. When they migrated to the new site they said I had to put in a new request. I requested 5mbtc 3 weeks ago and still haven't received my funds. Total balance: 278mBTC

Sign of life. Reciived my original deposit back of $200 a few weeks ago. THen put in a payout for $500 recieved that in 3 days yesterday.. Only $2600 to go.. Lets see if they keep paying..
