Definition of Dormant Account:


An account is considered dormant if there has been no activity for six (6) consecutive months. Procedures for Dormant Accounts:

• Monitoring: Regular monitoring of accounts to identify those meeting the dormancy criteria.
• Outstanding Wagers: Any unsettled wagers on dormant accounts will remain active until settlement. Once settled, any winnings and remaining balance in the account will be subject to a mandatory 2X rollover before withdrawal.
• Withdrawals from Dormant Accounts: If a customer returns after a period of dormancy and requests a withdrawal without meeting the required activity criteria, Nitrobetting will only honor the amount of the customer’s previous deposits. Any winnings accumulated during the period of dormancy will be seized. Deposits will be refunded at their original cryptocurrency value at the time of deposit, with no adjustment for any increase in cryptocurrency value. Required Activity Criteria: To meet the required activity criteria, a customer must place legitimate wagers in the sportsbook or casino, engage in gameplay, or perform other qualifying activities as defined by Nitrobetting. Simply logging in or requesting a withdrawal does not meet the activity requirement.
• Reactivation: Customers wishing to reactivate their dormant account must undergo a full Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to confirm their identity.
• Access Restoration: Upon successful completion of the KYC process, access to the account will be restored.

Maintenance Fees:


After 12 months of inactivity, a monthly maintenance fee of 5% will be applied to the account balance.

This fee will increase by an additional 1% each month until the balance is fully depleted.

Maintenance fees are non-refundable, even if the account is reactivated.

I went through this process. It's been almost a year. I am a losing player. I never multi-accounted, broke rules or took a bonus.

I believe most of the responses are done by AI. I am surprised someone in this thread got paid. They were still answering my emails, so not sure if I am talking to a real person or what exactly.

In December I went to make a wager and just hours before they had taken my balance out for inactivity.

Still don’t have it back and they just tell me they are looking into the matter. I completed the KYC nonsense n December.

I have been a customer for about 10 years (it’s been so long I don’t remember. It might be more than 10 years)

I never multiaccounted. I only bet from 2 different ips in the same zip code in all this time.

i am stuck a lot of btc to them through the years, but I went a time when I did not bet and literally the day I logged in to bet, they took my balance for inactivity.

How long was the account inactive for?

I am not sure - I am severely colorblind and can never solve the Google captchas without special glasses, so it was maybe 6 months. It's crazy because the night before I went to bed I almost went in and either requested a w/d or made a wager bc it had been a while. The next morning, I logged in and they had just taken the money out due to "inactivity".

Pretty sure "management team is still actively working on your case" has been happening way longer than I was inactive for. They are responsive to emails, but it's always the same thing - the email support team just says the same thing over and over again and have no power to fix anything.

Been a customer > 10 years, definitely losing and never broke the rules or did anything except lose.

Waiting for a 35 mbtc withdrawal since March 17th. It was rejected by their system due to a "technical glitch" in October, so had to re-submit it. Then today I was told in livechat that my withdrawal was again rejected because they moved to a new domain (which is true, but ofcourse not a valid reason to reject a long pending withdrawal). So after 9 months of waiting I have to start all over at the back of the queue again. I have almost no hope left that I will ever receive any funds, but if I do I will surely report it here.

I'm desperate and stressing a lot, since apart from this 35mbtc withdrawal I still have around 190mbtc more in my account.

This whole Nitro story has turned out to be an absolute shit-show, which is very surprising because up until 1 or 2 years ago they had an almost spotless reputation.

I asked again yesterday and they said pending payouts did not transfer over to the new site.

They returned my pending payout from April 17th and told me to request it again.

I did yesterday. The max payout is smaller than what I had been waiting for for the last 8 months.

This request has not been removed from my balance as of yet. (The previous was removed immediately but never paid nor even reviewed).

Here is what they say:

• "Now that your request has been placed again, it is back under review, and the payment team will continue the process from there. While we cannot provide an exact timeframe, we can confirm it is being handled."

Everyone owed should drop them a quick monthly email. Just a few words asking if there is any update on a payment date yet.

I understand why people give up though. The negativity and stress related to communicating about it seems not worth it after a while. :\
