Hey, thanks. I have to say I got lucky with crypto early (back in 2013) and was able to leverage it into real estate. Then the housing boom went up the last 2 years. But if it weren't for crypto I would be renting a house whose rent would have gone up $1000/month in the last 2 years.

Who knows? House prices may go down again. I'm betting it will be up significantly in 10 years. I'm in it for the long run.

Yeah, I hear Florida is booming as well. A lot of people wanting to move there pushes the demand.

It seems very interesting minting the cards. its under the radar if it gets few big mouth people and catches some wind I can see it monstering. few trillion very cheap. Big time risk/reward token. I never heard of them so took a look around. The upside is that when a game hits and you're in early, you can become filthy rich. Being fully doxxed means they don't intend to run. I took a quick look at Marcin Gorny. Betting on people is more important than the project. In reality, shiryo inu most likely fails. I'm in a lot of projects such as TABOO that most likely fail so there's nothing wrong with taking shots. The trading volume is so low that it's really tough to say it succeeds. After this quick glance, I'm not investing in it.

I had a crypto setback in 2019 with Binance (crooks) so I got out of crypto back then. Nothing serious. I'm in real estate now. As you've probably seen, real estate is really taking off, especially here in Arizona.

As far as bitcoin is concerned, I wish I had some money to invest. I keep thinking of the logarithmic price chart. It shows BTC being at $250k in 4 years.
