    Tx priority is a calculated number based on Value, Size and Age. The fee does not come into the calculation.

    There is a fixed number it must be grater than to be high priority. Old transactions with no fee at all can end up high priority.

      TY so the fee does not matter...is there any way to determine prior to sending if it goes High or Medium as it makes big difference if u need immediate for games fast approaching?

        The calculation is;

        Priority = (Satoshis in Tx * Tx Age) / Transaction size

        It must equal over 57,600,000 to be placed in the high priority block.

        So if you sent 100,000,000 satoshi 24 hours ago (144 blocks old) and the size of it was 250 bytes

        (100,000,000 * 144) / 250 = 57,600,000

        the exact amount to make it high priority.

        A higher fee will probably get it picked up faster than trying to make it high priority though. That's really just a built in way to make sure everything eventually gets processed.

              Anonibet is cheap. At one time they were sending out with no fee and you may have to rebroadcast. They've gotten better but they still send out below the recommended fee. Not much you can do but wait it out.

                10mins after I did that, the transaction was confirmed. I don't think that's a coïncidence...
