I received a bitcoin payment 12 hours ago and it still shows unconfirmed... With zero confirmations. Shows up as 'medium priority'. I've never waited more than a couple hours before for one to be fully confirmed. Is there any reason for concern or anything that can be done to speed up confirmation? Could I send a transfer from that wallet to another one of mine and add a larger than usual fee in order to encourage a miner to confirm it?
