Does anyone do BTC OTC or sell large amounts to someone locally?

When dealing with 10k or more of bitcoins and you do not want to go through coinbase as they will likely catch on, what is your preferred method of selling off btc safely. Preferrably sending bitcoin to a trusted source and they wire straight to your bank account.

Cash deposit on localbitcoin is an option.
