#2392Obviously not all of those days selections are in play yet. They will be when the lines come available for the amounts listed. As mentioned previously, going on a cruise for a few days with my wife and we won't be around/back until Monday afternoon. Keep the thread clean and above all instill positiveness towards everyone posting in here.Comment -

The lone win was the White Sox. Thank you guys for pushing me towards that pick. Just some bad plays early on. Hopefully the night games help me outComment -

#2394STL/WAS should be a real interesting game. Other than, the Nats are awful, and disfunctional; just curious why you are on STL here? The Nats bullpen is real hot right now. GL TA. Funny we both went 1-1 on DET/SEA. Just got back from the shop; don't ask about the car. I've got a list. Heh. It'll live. Thanks for the concern though man.
Hope you got that play in at a good price too by the way. Everyone and their mama is on the Cards.Comment -

#2395Raining real hard in Detroit right now and calling for rain througout the day.
Tampa Bay vs Chicago:
Tampa Bay:
Kazmir throwing the pill today. He has been erratic his last 3 starts, going 0-1, but the team winning 2 of those games. Tampa is not horrible on the road (22-28), but they aren't the same team away from home. Last night they lost late by giving up 3 runs in the 7th inning. TB is batting .267 vs lefties the last 10, and they have a couple of players out with injuries.
Chicago:
Buehrle is pitching today and he is 14-6 in his last 20 starts at U.S. Cellular Field. He did have a rough outing 2 starts ago, giving up 8 runs in 3 innings at Minny. However, other than that, he has given up no more than 3 runs in his last 5 starts. CWS are batting .345 in their last 10 against lefties, but they are sitting out Thome for rest today.
OTHER: Bull-pen edge goes to TB, CWS are 8-3 in their last 11 home games, and TB has only won 8 of the last 25 games at Chicago. Buehrle is really tough to beat at home.
PICK: White Sox (1 unit)
Record: 30-19-1 (+18 units)
Not getting a strong feeling on any of the games today so far. I won a couple last night and another on tuesday, but they were all pretty lucky. All come from behind, one run games (Phillies xtra innings, Seattle late home run, Houston a 9th inning rally)
Good Luck on all your plays, may try again later............Comment -

#2400Good Job Brother........going to do something I don't do much......PARLAY
Oakland/NYY: Sabathia vs Mazzaro. Yankees red hot, Oakland played well while at home, but not so good on the road.
St. Louis/Washington: St. Louis in a slump, picked up Lugo from Boston. Washington pitching a pitcher from the minors where they were averaging .300 against him.
No value in the games I like today, so going with:
PICK: Parlay.....Yankees & St. Louis (+1 unit) little more than even money
Record: 31-19-1 (+19 units)
Now this is gambling. I worry a little when I like my pick
Good Luck to you all tonight, let's win some more MONEYComment -

#2401Looks like Oakland is stepping up again for this late game. Yankees may have lost the home advantage due to the delay. All their die hard fans left earlyLet's see what Oakland can do tonight with strong odds against them. If the bats are still alive they've got the game.

#2403Today I believe I have a write up for ya:
Here's what I've got, and let's hope this boy cashes:
LAA -150 (2.5 units)
LAA -1.5 +140 (.5 units)
In the past three games LAA are slugging at .556 with .345 avg compared to the Twins .500 and .278 avg. We've got a 60% runs per inning for the past 3 games a bullpen with a .700 ERA and a 1.210 21 day ERA compared to a Twins' 2.231 ERA and 1.418 21 day. I personally feel the pitchers are fairly even matched maybe a lean on Weaver, but that's alright; I expect LAA to cleanup today. This team plays well on the grass, and at home, and does a bit better against righties to trump whatever starter advantage there may be.
Seatle +120 (.5 units)SEA/DET8.5 (2 units)Chicago White Sox -119 (1.5 units)
Oakland +235 **After the performance yesterday how can I not take this one for half a unit (.5 units) We'll see if they have any hits left to cough up for us.Comment -

#2407TOR -1.5 +130 risk 1.5 units L
LAA -1.5 +140 risk 1 unit L
DET -118 win 2 units L
Ugh, 0-3 -4.86 units yesterday, rough two days, back on track today...
Alright, lets look at the numbers and hopefully they reveal something a bit more profitable today, we've got :
DET G1, KAN, SFO, LAD, CHC, SDG, PIT, from that I am taking :
DET G1 -1.5 +117 risk 1 unit / DET G1 -185 win 1.5 unit
Verlander is taking the mound today in his home stadium, where he has been lights out. Detroit did not hit very well in the series against Seattle, but are averaging 5.5 runs/game at home. I think revert back to the norm today and put up some runs.
KAN -147 win 1 unit
Again, they've got a favorable pitching matchup. They have hit Feldman well in the past and Greinke has been solid vs. Texas. The Rangers aren't the same team away from home and honestly they are due for a win.
LAD -152 win 1.5 units
Kershaw has been excellent at home and the Dodgers have been hot. This team knows how to win plain and simple and have won Kershaws last 7 starts. The Marlins just got off a series with the Padres and I think the disparity in competition put them on the losing end of this game.
Adding these ones as well :
SEA -122 win 1.5 units
The Mariners are hot and their coming home. The Indians just took a series on the road, something they managed to do 3 times so far this season. I don't see them going back to back.
ATL -125 win 1 unit
Atlanta has had hot bats and I don't see Manny Parra cooling them off. I like the pitching matchup in this one.

#2408Good Day Gentelmen: you too Therbs....lot's of choices today, let's get it on
St. Louie at Phillie:
St. Louie:
Pineiro tossing the ball tonight. He has pitched pretty well all year, but not getting any run support. He is 2-0 in his last 3, 1.57 ERA, WHIP of 0.70, and 4 of the last 5 games he has started have gone under (1-8.5, the others 9). St. Louis is batting .167 vs lefties in their last 10. 6 of their last 7 have been under.
Phillie:
Happ the rookie going tonight. He is 2-0 in his last 3, with an ERA of 1.71 and a WHIP of 0.86. His last 4 games have all gone under, but the team has only been under in 2 of their last 5 (one of those belonged to Happ)
OTHER: No significant injuries to report. Wind will be blowing in from RC, and their are reports of Isolated T-Storms beginning around game time. Humidity will be around 65% for the game.
PICK: Under 9 (1 unit)
Record: 32-19-1 (+20 units)
NOTE: going to try something a little different with the CWS/Det Series. Going 1 unit on CWS on game #1 this afternoon (+178). If I lose, I will chase until I win. Detroit going with a rookie tonight vs Colon, and I think the Sox will be positive money all weekend. I think Verlander is 2-6 vs the Sox, and he Detroit's bats are down now. I don't see them coming out of this weekend unscathed (don't think I ever used that word)
Good Luck to all, going to the Tiger game tonight to watch my money grow
