⚽ Who will win United States vs. Paraguay?
These two teams met on Nov. 15, 2025, with the United States winning 2-1. Since then, the Stars and Stripes are just 2-3-0, but their three losses came against Germany, Belgium, and Portugal.
While Paraguay is 3-1-0 since that November defeat, I don't believe they can withstand the offensive pressure of the U.S. In that November meeting, the U.S. had 127 attacks, compared to just 69 for Paraguay. Giovanni Reyna scored in the fourth minute, and if the U.S. can produce an early goal in this one, the crowd will be frenzied, which will be hugely problematic for Paraguay.

Looking at the stats from the November meeting, no prop is more egregiously miscalculated than total corners.
Paraguay alone registered eight corners in November, and the two teams combined for 13. Maybe each team will be a little less aggressive early as the sides feel out World Cup pressure. But every U.S. match since facing Paraguay has featured at least 10 corners. I'd happily take Over 9.5 for +148 as well.

Folarin Balogun, F, United States (+210)
Neither of these teams has consistent goalscorers, so I'm picking the only player who scored in the November meeting and has done so since. If you count that match on Nov. 15, Balogun is the only player on either side with multiple goals over the last eight months.
Additionally, Balogun is one of the best strikers in Ligue 1, scoring 13 goals in 30 matches this season. While there are more experienced players on this American World Cup team, the U.S. scored just three goals in 2022, so no one from that roster is worth taking over Balogun.
