Guentzel is playing some seriously dangerous hockey right now, as he's tied for the NHL lead in expected goals (5.5) and unblocked high-danger shot attempts (10), per MoneyPuck, despite playing just six games thus far.

The star forward for the Lightning has registered just one goal this season, but I'm more than comfortable backing Guentzel to start producing some results due to his incredible offensive work.

While he's in line for positive regression, tonight Guentzel faces a Blackhawks team certain to head in the other direction. Chicago is only allowing 2.43 goals per game (seventh-best) despite the fifth-most expected goals against.

Let's believe in the underlying numbers here and back Guentzel to break through with a score tonight at +145 odds (40.82% implied probability). A winning $10 wager will result at $14.50 payout.
