Betting + fantasy impact: We're expecting frigid conditions in Buffalo this Sunday. That should favor the Bills' No. 1-ranked rushing attack, though Joe Burrow is 2-0 in his career against Josh Allen, including playoffs.

Titans vs. Browns weather report
