I'm offering my best Saints vs. Buccaneers player props for today's NFC South matchup. Kickoff is at 1 p.m. ET from Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Fla. (CBS), with the Buccaneers favored by 8.5 points.

When these two teams met earlier this year, they combined for just 26 points, and the Buccaneers managed just 212 yards of offense. Should we expect another defensive struggle this week? My NFL Week 14 predictions focus on Devin Neal, Emeka Egbuka, and Cade Otton.

Devin Neal player prop: Under 41.5 rushing yards (-113) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Last week, in his first game without Alvin Kamara, Devin Neal managed just 47 yards on 14 carries against the league’s fourth-worst rush defense. This week, Neal is tasked with taking on a Buccaneers defense that ranks sixth in rushing yards allowed per game, giving up just 97.4 per contest.

Not only is this a bad matchup for Neal, but the Buccaneers are also favored by 8.5 points, so even getting carries will likely be difficult. After all, the first time these two teams met, the Saints recorded just 15 rush attempts, and their leading rusher was Kamara with just 21 yards on six carries.

DraftKings’ price of -113 implies that Neal has a 53.05% chance of hitting this Under. A $10 bet would profit $8.85 if this hits.

Emeka Egbuka player prop: Over 4.5 receptions (+112) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Emeka Egbuka leads the Buccaneers with 52 receptions, 791 yards, and six touchdowns, but he and Baker Mayfield haven’t looked on the same page in recent weeks. In six of Egbuka’s last seven games, he’s caught fewer than half of his targets.

However, Egbuka has at least eight targets in six consecutive games. The Saints are a fantastic matchup for a player who gets a lot of targets, as the Saints’ defense ranks eighth-worst in the league in opponent completion percentage (67.3%).

Egbuka has at least five receptions in four games this season. And though he only had three catches against the Saints the first time these two teams met, I think he hits this Over if he gets eight targets for the seventh consecutive game.

FanDuel’s price of +112 implies a 47.17% chance that Egbuka hits this Over. A $10 bet would profit $11.20.

Our Mike Spector has Egbuka's Buccaneers as one of his best survivor pool picks this week.

Best Saints vs. Buccaneers touchdown scorer bet

Cade Otton TD pick: Score a touchdown (+265) ⭐⭐⭐

When these two teams met in Week 8, there was only one offensive touchdown, so it’s hard to love any player with odds at +100 or better. Therefore, I’ll take a bit of a chance on Cade Otton in this game, as Caesars’ price of +265 gives him just a 27.40% chance of scoring.

Otton hasn’t scored this season, but he ranks second on the Buccaneers with 43 receptions and 411 yards. The first time he faced the Saints, he caught four of his five targets for 40 yards. The Saints are average against tight ends, but they have allowed five touchdowns to the position this year. Additionally, the Saints' defense as a whole has given up 20 passing touchdowns, which is tied for 11th-most in the league.

A $10 bet on Otton to score at Caesars would profit $26.50.
