The Minnesota Vikings and Los Angeles Rams will close out Wild Card Weekend, with the winner advancing to face the Philadelphia Eagles. Kickoff is set for 8 p.m. ET (ABC/ESPN/ESPN+).

These two teams have met once this season, so I have history to go off when making the best Vikings vs. Rams touchdown picks for tonight's game in Glendale, Arizona. In that first meeting, Matthew Stafford threw four touchdown passes, two of which were to Demarcus Robinson.

Despite winning the first game by 10, the Rams are 2.5-point underdogs at our best NFL betting sites. Does this mean that the focus should be on the Vikings’ players when making the best touchdown picks?

Best Vikings vs. Rams touchdown props

Cooper Kupp anytime touchdown scorer ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Best odds: +175 via FanDuel | Implied probability: 36.36%

While Kupp trailed far behind Puka Nacua in almost every key statistical category this season, he did finish the year with double the amount of touchdown receptions. While he only scored once in his last five games, Kupp still ended the year with six touchdown receptions, one of which was caught against the Vikings.

Yet, despite Kupp having more touchdowns than Nacua, Nacua’s price to score tonight is listed between +100 and +115. Meanwhile, Kupp is set between +155 and +175. The clear value is in taking Kupp to get into the end zone if choosing between the two.

The Vikings allow a lot of passing yards, but they actually rank in the top half of the league when it comes to passing touchdowns surrendered. They gave up four to the Rams earlier this season, and in their last three games, they’ve allowed 1.7 per contest.

Justin Jefferson 2+ touchdowns ⭐⭐⭐

Best odds: +600 via BetMGM | Implied probability: 14.29%

Despite hauling in eight passes for 115 yards in the first meeting between these two teams, Jefferson failed to get into the end zone. Since that Week 8 game, Jefferson has only scored a touchdown in three games. However, in two of those contests, he scored twice.

Despite his struggles in the second half of the season, Jefferson still ended the year with 10 touchdown catches. Tonight, he gets to take on a defense that allowed 1.7 passing touchdowns per game during the regular season. While the Rams’ defense played well down the stretch, the unit still gave up 2.0 passing touchdowns per game over their last three.

BetMGM is offering this prop at +600. It’s the only one of our best sportsbooks with a price better than +550, which is significantly better than the lowest price offered, which is +480 at Caesars.

TJ Hockenson anytime touchdown scorer ⭐⭐⭐

Best odds: +225 via DraftKings | Implied probability: 30.77%

Sam Darnold threw 35 touchdown passes this season, yet despite playing 10 games, Hockenson wasn’t the recipient of a single one. Why have confidence in him this week? The matchup.

The Rams gave up seven touchdown receptions to tight ends this season - that’s tied for the eighth-most in the NFL. While Hockenson didn’t find the end zone, he still finished the year with 41 receptions on 62 targets for 455 yards. His yardage and target total were both third on the team despite him playing at least five fewer games than every other key member.

Every one of our best sports betting sites that offers this prop has the price set at +210 or better. While the price could be better for a player who didn’t score this year, it shows how confident oddsmakers are in this matchup.
