With one remaining spot up for grabs in next week's Divisional Round, the situation is starting to crystallize atop the Super Bowl odds leaderboard.

The well-rested Seattle Seahawks are trading ahead of the Los Angeles Rams, with Seattle hosting San Francisco next week and the Rams traveling to chilly Chicago to play the impressive Bears. The Buffalo Bills and New England Patriots, meanwhile, leapfrogged the Denver Broncos after Sunday's wild-card wins.

With the Houston Texans and Pittsburgh Steelers playing tonight, which we cover extensively in our NFL playoff predictions, let's look at the updated Super Bowl odds.

📊 Live Super Bowl odds entering Divisional Round

Latest Super Bowl odds updated live in real time from our best NFL betting sites.

🟢 Super Bowl favorite Seahawks await 49ers

The Seahawks remain the Super Bowl betting favorite at the best Super Bowl betting sites and will face one of their most bitter rivals, the 49ers, in next week's Divisional Round, which I covered in my 49ers vs. Seahawks prediction

Seattle will be well-rested, the polar opposite of their NFC West rivals, whose improbable wild-card win in Philly came at a high cost, with George Kittle tearing his Achilles.

The Seahawks had the second-best defensive DVOA and the 10th-best on offense during the regular season. In a defensive masterclass, they defeated the 49ers 13-3 in Week 18, which facilitated the added rest.

Seattle, the early 6.5-point betting favorite for next week's game, finished with a disappointing 4-4 ATS record at Lumen Field and lost to the 49ers 17-13 in Week 1.

The Seahawks' +290 odds at FanDuel carry a 25.64% implied win probability.

🐏 Rams escape Wild Card Weekend, face Bears

As the team with the second-shortest Super Bowl odds, the Rams will face the Chicago Bears at Soldier Field, which I covered in my Rams vs. Bears prediction. The Rams, who dropped to 5-5 ATS on the road after Wild Card Weekend, are the early 4.5-point betting favorite against the Bears.

Los Angeles had the best offensive DVOA during the regular season, and its defense, which struggled in consecutive meetings against the Panthers, ranked fourth-best.

Entering the Divisional Round, the Rams scored at least 34 points in five of the previous six games. Their +310 odds imply a 24.39% chance of winning Super Bowl 2026.

🦬 Bills jump ahead of Broncos

The Bills finally won a playoff game on the road, breaking an eight-game losing streak in enemy environments. Josh Allen, meanwhile, won his first road playoff game, improving to 1-4.

After enduring so many heartbreaking playoff defeats, he looks poised to make the next step. Allen's ability to get his team over the line regardless of the situation has the best sports betting sites believing this could be Buffalo's year.

Last season's MVP tossed on his Superman cape against the Jacksonville Jaguars, becoming the first QB to complete at least 80% of his passes and rush for multiple touchdowns in a playoff game.

With the 27-24 win in Jacksonville, the Bills became the team to beat in the AFC, carrying +550 odds at FanDuel, or a 15.38% chance. They will face Denver in next week's Divisional Round.

🪖 Patriots live up to hype in Wild Card Round

The Patriots were dominant on both sides of the ball against the Chargers, inflicting more misery on Justin Herbert and his woeful playoff record. Herbert will having nightmares for the foreseeable future after the Patriots defense ran him into the ground at Gillette Stadium.

Drake Maye made a lot of sound decisions in his playoff debut, carrying on from his MVP-worthy regular season. The Patriots won their first playoff game since the 2018 victory over the Chargers. They will host the winner of the Texans vs. Steelers MNF clash.

Their odds improved to +650, which carries a 13.33% implied probability.

🏆 Super Bowl 2026 prediction: Los Angeles Rams

The Rams stared adversity in the face and overcame it during Wild Card Weekend. The best is yet to come from Sean McVay's team, specifically from a defense that is far superior to what it showed at Bank of America Stadium.

If the defense plays to its full potential, I like their chances of winning for the first time since 2022. After beating the Bears, they will eke out a victory over the Seahawks before facing the Bills at Super Bowl 2026 at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif.

While it won't officially be a home game, playing in San Francisco is close enough. It sounds like the perfect venue for the Rams to showcase their skill set on both sides of the ball.
