When I made my best Steelers vs. Chargers prediction, the top player prop was Herbert to throw at least one pick, and that’s still the case at the current price. 

Herbert has thrown eight interceptions this season, including at least one in six of his last seven games. The Steelers have picked off eight passes this campaign, and three from the hand of Daniel Jones last week. Pittsburgh has also been consistently creating turnovers while logging 16 through eight games.

DraftKings’ odds of -103 imply a 50.74% chance that Herbert throws an interception. A $10 bet would profit $9.71.

⬆️ Oronde Gadsden II player prop: Over 52.5 receiving yards (-110) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Chargers’ fifth-ranked passing offense boasts four receivers with over 450 yards, none of whom has been more consistent than Gadsden lately. Gadsden has totaled at least five receptions and 68 yards in four consecutive games.

The Steelers field the league's worst passing defense while allowing 278.3 yards per game. Unsurprisingly, they're also giving up the sixth-most yards to tight ends at 72.6 per matchup.

BetMGM’s price of -110 implies a 52.38% chance that Gadsden hits this Over. A $10 bet would profit $9.09.

⬇️ DK Metcalf player prop: Under 52.5 receiving yards (-115) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Metcalf has recorded 55 or fewer yards in five of his eight games this season, including his past three. He totaled just two catches for six yards against the Colts last week.

The Chargers enter this game allowing the third-fewest passing yards per contest, giving up just 177.1 per outing. They’re holding receivers to only 10.5 yards per reception, meaning Metcalf would likely need five-plus catches to hit this Over. He’s only caught that many passes in two games.

BetMGM’s price of -115 implies a 53.49% chance that Metcalf cashes this Under. A $10 bet would profit $8.70. Esten McLaren still includes Metcalf in his Steelers vs. Chargers anytime touchdown scorer predictions due to the receiver's heavy red-zone usage.
