But that lone pick came in the playoffs where game script forced Darnold to attempt 40 passes (tied for his third-most last season). He was also under constant duress in that game, taking nine sacks.
While Darnold was sacked nine times in that game alone last year, he has been sacked just nine times total this season.
Darnold has also been outstanding on the road this year, going 4-0 while completing 70% of his passes (ranks fourth) for 1,162 yards (fifth). In addition, his 10.6 yards per attempt on the road leads the league.
Darnold has played interception-free football in two of his last three road games despite pushing the ball downfield so often. That makes these market-best -118 odds (carrying a 54.13% implied probability) at FanDuel so appealing. At that price, my $10 winning wager would net $8.47 in profits.

Matthew Stafford is on fire with a 20-0 touchdown-to-interception ratio over the last six games, the best six-game stretch in history. In addition, he has set an NFL record with four or more touchdown passes and no interceptions in three straight games.
Despite all of that, I am selling high on Stafford’s passing yards total in this divisional game with there being familiarity with his opponent. Seahawks head coach Mike Macdonald has faced Stafford twice as a coach or coordinator, and he has done an outstanding job leading the league’s fifth-ranked scoring defense.
Under backers are getting a great number at BetMGM, as Stafford’s O/U is as low as 265.5 at the opposite end of the market. That makes the -115 price at 53.49% implied odds worth paying up for, as a $10 winning wager would still net $8.70 in profits.

Considering Adams has seen 25% of Stafford’s targets this season, I am placing a $10 wager for him to score through DraftKings’ -115 odds that stand to net $8.70 in profits.
