I’m backing the Jaguars to grind out a low-scoring victory. The Panthers didn’t move the ball well last week against the Buffalo Bills or the Jaguars for large periods of the joint practice.
Lawrence and the rest of his first-string offense, meanwhile, will be amped to make a difference in their first snaps of the preseason. That’s enough for me to back the Jaguars.
