The New England Patriots are barely hanging in the fringes of the NFL playoff picture and need a win over the Arizona Cardinals on Monday night to stay within range of the rest of the AFC East. Read on for our best Monday Night Football prop picks between the Patriots and Cardinals.

The Patriots are sitting on the bubble of the AFC playoffs. At 6-6, they need to run the board if they hope to see the postseason. They have a favorable matchup this week to get that started, facing a struggling Cardinals team on Monday night.

Though they are not mathematically eliminated from the playoffs, the Cardinals are on life support. They sit at 4-8 and can not lose another game this year if they want to play a meaningful game in January. Arizona has dropped three of its last four Monday Night Football matchups, including one last month to the San Francisco 49ers.

Here are our top Monday Night Football prop picks for Week 14 (odds via DraftKings Sportsbook, BetMGM, and Caesars Sportsbook).

Patriots vs. Cardinals Odds

Monday Night Football Prop Predictions

Conner & Stevenson Under 142.5 total rushing yards (-120) ★★★★

Cardinals running back James Conner has appeared in nine games for Arizona in 2022, averaging 52.9 rushing yards in that span. Last week, he posted 120 yards against the Los Angeles Chargers which represented his only outing over 70 yards this season.

On the whole, the Cardinals have been lacking on the ground, grinding out just 114.9 yards per game this year. Conner faces a Patriots defense that has not allowed an opposing running back to reach 70 yards since Week 4.

Patriots running back Rhamondre Stevenson has amassed 734 rushing yards this season leading New England in that category. He has averaged 61.2 yards so far this year. However, he has yet to hit his average over his last four outings. The Patriots are in the bottom third in the league in rushing yards per game (104.9). Arizona’s defense has not allowed a running back to gain more than 59 yards over the last three weeks.

Patriots Over 10.5 1st-half points (+115) ★★★★

New England enters Monday night scoring an average of 9.8 points per game in the first half. However, in two of their last four games, they have finished the first 30 minutes with more than 11 points. Overall, they have completed five games that have cashed this prop this season.

The strength of this prop comes by way of an Arizona defense that is allowing the fifth most points in the league in the opening half (13.4). Four of their last six opponents have surpassed 11 points in the first half.

Cardinals Over 2.5 total touchdowns (+115) ★★★★★

Arizona has averaged 2.5 total touchdowns per game so far this season. The Cardinals have registered at least three six-point plays in five out of their last six matchups. Overall, they have posted more than this mark in eight contests this year.

The Patriots will make this task tough, as they have allowed just two touchdowns per game this year. However, they have allowed their last two opponents to cross the goal line at least three times.
