The Buffalo Bills are an absolute wagon, led by reigning MVP - and current betting favorite - Josh Allen. The Bills Super Bowl odds shortened yet again following their third straight game scoring 30-plus points to open the NFL season. They're the favorite to win the Super Bowl at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif., on Sunday, Feb. 8.

The Bills' Thursday Night Football victory over the Miami Dolphins (31-21) had me waking up to check their remaining schedule, their Super Bowl odds, and Josh Allen's NFL MVP odds.

The result is a pair of NFL picks I'm making in the futures market.

Buffalo Bills Super Bowl odds

The Bills began Week 3 with their third straight victory to open the season, all while scoring 30-plus points. They're the betting favorite in the Super Bowl futures market. Strong play from Josh Allen and the offense keeps them atop the oddsboard across our best Super Bowl betting sites.

Current Bills Super Bowl odds

The best place to bet the Bills' Super Bowl odds today is at FanDuel, where the +550 odds would return an extra $15 in profit on a winning $10 bet, compared to the +400 odds from DraftKings and bet365.

AFC Championship odds

  • DraftKings: +200
  • FanDuel: +230
  • BetMGM: +210
  • Caesars: +210
  • bet365: +210

Again, head to FanDuel for the best odds on the Bills to win the AFC. They've already beaten the Baltimore Ravens at home this season. They'll host the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 9.

Buffalo Bills best record odds

Buffalo’s divisional path remains a key factor in this market. The Bills are 2-0 in the AFC East, with a 30-10 victory over the New York Jets in Week 2 and a 31-21 win over the Dolphins in Week 3. They'll play the New England Patriots at home in Week 5.

BetMGM is the only one of our best NFL betting sites posting the Bills' best record odds following their Thursday Night Football victory. The +175 odds represent an implied win probability of 36.36%.

DraftKings has a team specials market for the Bills to go undefeated in the regular season and win the Super Bowl with +7500 odds. A winning $10 bet would return a profit of $750.

AFC East division winner

  • DraftKings: -1400
  • FanDuel: -1250
  • BetMGM: -1430
  • Caesars: -1500

The Bills are essentially considered a lock by our best NFL betting sites to win the AFC East, even at just 3-0. The -1500 odds from Caesars represent an implied win probability of 93.75%, according to our odds converter, with 14 games to go.

Josh Allen MVP odds

Allen’s dual-threat ability keeps him squarely in the MVP conversation. His case strengthens if the Bills secure the AFC East and push for the league’s best record. Their remaining regular-season record is extremely favorable - their opponents' combined 2024 record was 135-154 - and guiding the Bills to the first undefeated regular season since the New England Patriots in 2007 would almost guarantee Allen of his second straight NFL MVP award.

Allen MVP odds

  • DraftKings: +300
  • FanDuel: +310
  • BetMGM: +300
  • Caesars: +300

Head to FanDuel to bet on Josh Allen's NFL MVP odds, where a winning $10 would return a $31 profit at an implied win probability of 24.39%.

Allen’s season stats

  • Passing yards: 755
  • Completion percentage: 69.7
  • Touchdowns: 5
  • Interceptions: 0
  • Rushing yards: 114
  • Rushing touchdowns: 2
  • QBR: 81.3

Allen leads the NFL in passing yards, but he's helped by being just one of two quarterbacks to have played three games. His QBR of 81.3 is higher than his league-leading 74.8 rating from his award-winning campaign last season.

Buffalo Bills betting trends in futures markets

  • Bills opened with +700 odds to win Super Bowl 60 at DraftKings
  • They closed the regular season in the top five of Super Bowl odds for five straight seasons
  • Josh Allen opened as 5.5-to-1 to win MVP in 2025 and has shifted to best odds of +310 today through three weeks
  • Buffalo has finished top-two in the AFC East in each of the past six seasons

Expert prediction: Bills to finish with NFL's best regular season record

I'm betting on the Bills to finish with the NFL's best regular-season record (+175 via BetMGM) and the Bills' Super Bowl odds of +550 via FanDuel as my favorite Bills futures bets. Their remaining schedule is extremely favorable, with only two sets of back-to-back games, and one of those sees them play Thursday Night Football and then on Sunday the following week.

They'll play both the Chiefs - which ranks high in our watchability index - and Eagles at home at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, N.Y., as their toughest tests after already beating the Ravens at home. Buffalo went 8-0 at home last season and 6-2 at Highmark Stadium in 2023 (a loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars was at a neutral site).

Jump on these bets today before the value dissipates with any more wins, or any more losses by their competition in this market.

Buffalo Bills remaining schedule

My biggest reason for betting the Bills' futures odds today is their remaining schedule. Here's what lies ahead through Week 18:

  • Week 4: Sunday, Sept. 28 - vs. Saints
  • Week 5: Sunday, Oct. 5 - vs. Patriots
  • Week 6: Monday, Oct. 13 - at Falcons
  • Week 7: BYE
  • Week 8: Sunday, Oct. 26 - at Panthers
  • Week 9: Sunday, Nov. 2 - vs. Chiefs
  • Week 10: Sunday, Nov. 9 - at Dolphins
  • Week 11: Sunday, Nov. 16 - vs. Buccaneers
  • Week 12: Thursday, Nov. 20 - at Texans
  • Week 13: Sunday, Nov. 30 - at Steelers
  • Week 14: Sunday, Dec. 7 - vs. Bengals
  • Week 15: Sunday, Dec. 14 - at Patriots
  • Week 16: Sunday, Dec. 21 - at Browns
  • Week 17: Sunday, Dec. 28 - vs. Eagles
  • Week 18: TBD (Flex Game) - vs. Eagles
